2nd Right,Jabar Al-kubaîssi in Paris May,15th 2004. International conference of Solidarity with the Iraqi People in Struggle

Our friend, Abd-El Jabar Al Kubaysi, who communicated us informations about the uprising of Falluja at our conference of solidarity with the Iraqi resistance, the 15th of May 2004 in Paris, have been arrested by US soldiers. They took the controll of his house early in the morning of the 4th of September 2004, with the help of four tanks and helicopters and took him to unknown destination. Members of his family were let since then without any information. The next day, 5th of September, US soldiers came back to his home which they vandalized. Abd Ul Jabar Al Kubaysi has been arrested the day after he gave an interview to the AFP news agency to which he declared that the armed Iraqi resistance is doing all what can be done, including the use of force, to assure the release of the two French journalists who have been kidnapped by an armed group of terrorists without connection with any of the Iraqi resistance groups.

We shall keep you informed about the evolution of the situation as soon as we shall receive any new information.

Our association, Iraqresistance, is asking you to call for the immediate release of Abd Ul Jabar Al Kubaysi. Please send us your message of support :

To the US military authorities in Iraq and to the local administration they named :

URGENT à faire circuler

IRAK septembre 2004

September durch US-amerikanische Besatzungskr䦴e in Baghdad vergangen.

Freiheit f??bduljabbar!
Freiheit f??lle politischen Gefangenen und Kriegsgefangenen!
Abzug der Besatzungstruppen!
