Complaint made with the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi:-
We Kadyan gotra people believes in social fabric of traditional social values resides in the area with love, peace and harmony. Kadyan's are in majority here belongs to village Dubaldhan, Chimni, Siwana, Majra,Beri, Baghpur, Vajirpur, Dhor, Madana, Mangawas, Bakra, Dharana and Bishan. We respect all religion and other gotra communities, girls are treated as a sister and boys are as brother, aged peoples are treated as a parents / guardians. Shri Rishal Singh Gahlaut residing in village Dharana since their four fathers and he asked Kadyan Khap President Shri Chatter Singh of Dubaldhan to get married his grandson Ravinder Gahlaut with Shilpa Kadyan of Siwah in Panipat. It would be pertinent to mention here that we believe that the Kadyan's families of village Siwah originally belongs to Barah Kadyan khap area, keeping in point of view Shri Chatter Singh told to Rishal Singh Gahlaut not to spoil social fabric, love, peace and harmony of the area and find other gotra girl except Kadyan gotra but the Gahlaut family of village Dharana turn down the suggestions of avoiding Kadyan gotra for their daughter in law, at last they arrange marriage in Delhi superseding the request of Kadyan gotra community. Now Kadyan gotra community in trouble due to principles laid down in the society to maintain brotherhood, love, peace and harmony...Kadyan community can not accept Kadyan gotra girl as a daughter in law being an social fabric relations and values. Traditional social gathering was called and appeal to Gahlaut family to avoid any problem / tussle please ask Ravinder Gahlaut to be outside Dharana with his wife Shilpa Kadyan as he was in past, Gahlaut family was agreed to do so but in the mean time to built pressure on the Police and administration Ravinder Gahlaut consumed poison not to die, only to get sympathy of other parts of the society, media as well. Kadyan community people were booked, in fact Shri Rishal Singh, his son Rohtas and his brother Naseeb and Ved are the co-responsible and co-accused for criminal conspiracy compelling Ravinder to consume so called poison. Now due to only one family of Rishal Singh Gahlaut of Dharana village whole area's kadyan community feel humiliated, under mental torture and stress. Kadyan community peoples are law abiding in nature and love our Indian Constitution, they feel that law made for the society to keep intact, unite with love, peace and harmony amongst all parts of the society.
Relief :-
Rules may kindly be made to maintain love, peace, unity and harmony amongst all parts of the society, Hindu marriage act may be amended. Offenders be punished. New legislation may kindly be introduced.
