Gunshots after president Kaczynski's plane crash!

RasFufu, Warsaw Ras Tafari Community | 15.04.2010 21:28 | World

Polish Internet explodes from gossips after one of the videos recorded directly after the crash leaked into Internet. Commentators say they recognize shots, and, at least 3 gun shots are audible. Recorded voices (in Russian) according to them proove of some action of armed people directly after the catastrophe occured.

The film that leaked to Internet shows some movement on the catastrophe spot. One person on the movie is leaving the wreckage of the aircraft. Some movement occurs behind the trees; according to one of the commentators a survivor is waving with a stick to atract attention of rescures.

3 shots are to be heard. One of the commentators explained that it well could be the ammunition of the security guards of Mr. Kaczynski that were killed on the spot, however the cameraman calls for guns, and is running away, as if he was in deep danger.

There are so many questions about the accident at Smolensk's Severny airbase. The airport itself was abandoned and obscure. It contained no instrumental landing system, apart from NDB beacon, which is a very primitive device and gives little help for pilots. Now it is clear that the pilots were aware of the catastrophe before the accident. It is unclear why the plane was so scattered after the catastrophe.

Poland is now in a difficult political situation. It turns into a mono-party state, with conservative-etatist Civil Platform (nicknamed PO-munists) taking the leading role. Due to the party financing system democracy is non-existing, and many progressive commentators argue that Polish political system turned into oligarchy.

Plane was carrying leaders of Polish etatist and socialist opposition. Two candidates for the next presidential elections were killed. According to their popularity, I would rank them as number 3. and number 4. candidates.

Because of the shortened election procedure due to president Kaczynski's death, new elections will be announced, and candidates will have only 10 days to collect 100 thousand signatures each. Most of potential candidates resigned, even candidate number 2., Mr. Olechowski, says about his uncertainty over the possibility of collecting necessary signatures of citisens.

The current elections will be the second ones organised in shortened version. This procedure poses difficulties to parties to collect necessary citizens' signatures in a very short time (like ten days or so). In last elections only 7 commitees were able to register their lists.
