What give SPCC Katy Bourne the right to remain silent?
Katy Bourne was elected with by just 15% of the voters, whom voted for her for no other reason that she was the Conservative candidate. Costing the tax payer over £1.1 million a year she was tasked to hold the Chief Constable to account.
To date she was failed to do so and in defiance of my questions, remains silent.

SchNEWS: Justice for Shale
Anti fracking campaigners have got their hands on a Sussex Police report that details an 'emerging' nationwide strategy on protests against the controversial drilling technique. The report has been exposed in a report about the policing of the protests at Balcombe, West Sussex, last summer. Fracking is high on the government's agenda and as the government continues to push shale gas harder and make it easier for gas companies, the report suggests they've also put plenty of thought into cracking down on the opposition.

Coca-Cola publish photos of protest against themselves
On Saturday December 21 ten human rights activists launched a surprise demonstration against Coca-Cola, at the Coca-Cola truck marketing event in Brighton, United Kingdom. The group were demanding that Coca-Cola, as a sponsor of the coming Olympics in Sochi, break their silence on Russia’s homophobic laws. Balcombe Community Protection Camp has been given a letter by West Sussex Council demanding they to leave by 9am tomorrow morning or the council will start legal proceedings to get them removed. Day 5 of Balcombe village's struggle against Frack Attack (Update)

After a relatively quiet day on Sunday, today Monday, saw many vehicles arriving on site. Each delivery was met with heavy resistance. A heavily pregnant woman attempted to stop one of the trucks but was forced away as things got dodgy and dangerous. At the same time a man was arrested and brutally wrestled to the ground with a suspected broken arm.
For the rest of the afternoon more deliveries regularly turned up but only got through with police marching in front of each HGV and clashing with protesters attempting to stop them. A later delivery of office furniture saw a sit-down protest that resulted in a more significant delay and yet another arrest.
Perhaps as a sign of the struggle ahead the police have installed a mobile office on site and a casual conversation with one cop made it obvious that the police think they are there for the long haul. Some protesters thought it might pay to also set up a solicitor's office and branch of Infinity Foods alongside.
