Camden fascist pub Gloucester Arms has most of their windows shot out

Fascist pub The Gloucester Arms at 59 - 61 Leighton Road has been the centre of protests from anti racists following the decision by landlord John Coyne to let hardline neo nazis, the Jobbik Party hold meetings in the pub. The Jobbik Party are part of a European Alliance of Nationalist Movements drafted by the BNPs Nick Griffin. During the past 24 hrs most of the pubs windows have been shot out.

Boycott fascist pub in Camden week of action 25th-29th Jan 2009 update

The Gloucester Arms on Leighton Road in Kentish Town has been subjected to protests by anti racists following the landlord, John Coyne's decision to let organised racists hold meetings in the pub. There will be a week of email and telephone action on the week of 25th - 29th Jan asking that Camden council remove the pub's licence especially as they play hardore porn in front of kids.

Camden Anarchists protested outside the fascist pub Gloucester Arms on Leighton road, Kentish town, Camden NW5 followoing the decision by landlord John Coyne to let the Jobbik party who are part of an Alliance Of European Nationalist Movement, drafted by Nick Griffen of the BNP. Anonymous activists have asked that a week of emailing / phone action about the pub be carried out.

After lots of support over xmas and new year, it's all still going on in Calais. If you're interested in coming over to do some solidarity work, get together with some mates and plan a few days over here. You can call the office to see what's needed. Crimestoppers article on "MI5 Dirty tactics" in Camden

Crimestoppers have written a shock article about the dirty tactics employed by MI5 in Camden. They have encouraged Camden residents including and especially people in gangs or from the Somalian community to report MI5 to crimestoppers following reports of harrasment by MI5 in The Indpendent newspaper. Somalian people in Camden have been subjected to appalling and relentless harrassment.

As survival packs are distributed in Calais, migrants and solidarity groups call

the survival packs from Medecins du Monde Today packs including blankets, ponchos, tarpaulins and hygiene packs were distributed to more than 200 people by Médecins du Monde [1] in central Calais. British, French and Italian activists from Calais Migrant Solidarity [2] and No Borders [3] joined the event with an exhibition of recent police repression in and around Calais, a banner was hung from the church saying ‘To Migrate is to Resist’ and leaflets were distributed.

Horsham march in tussle over freedom to protest

Yesterday in the Royal Courts of Justice, Mr Justice Sweeney ruled against an application which sought to ban all face masks, animal costumes, "blood" splattered coats, and any banners that used the words "murder", "torture", "kills" & "abuses" on an animal rights demonstration. The application was brought by the pharmaceutical giant Novartis in response to a demonstration being held today by Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty in Horsham town centre. If the case had gone ahead it would have set a very significant precedent.
