For anyone following the string of terror attacks since the start of the "War on Terror" it will come as no suprise that there is a claim that the Swedish Armed Forces had foreknowledge of the Drottninggatan bombs, see for example this article from 2006.
The current Wikipedia entry on the bombings contains the following:
Svenska Dagbladet claimed that a member of the Swedish Armed Forces warned an acquaintance to keep away from Drottninggatan several hours ahead of the bombings. The message read, “If you can, avoid Drottninggatan today. A lot can happen there...just so you know.” The Swedish Armed Forces denied having any prior knowledge of the attack but promised to investigate the matter further.
