During the bio-fuels expo at Newark Showground there were sucessful direct action and banner protests. Some photos of the banner protest are below.

Security opened the gates to delegates

Police were a little aprehensive after the mornings activities!

We were left with community support later

During the bio-diesel expo and conference in Newark there were actions which intrerupted the conference (pieing of BP delegate, lock-on and setting off of rape alrams). Protesters held a banner protest outside the exhibition explaining to delegates why bio-fuels are not the solution. Most expo delegates were interested and agreed with our concerns

palm oil & current biofuel corporate plans are dunb, but
micro algae hasnt ever been harvested on a vlarge scale, but could be & some has massive amounts of oil as well as hemp without fertilser, woulf this effect adversely food supply

Hey great job contributing the search for a solution to perhaps the most challenging problem to ever face mankind. Oh wait.... that was the people who you were protesting.
