The Book "Devilvision: The Worlds New Wireless Grid", by Bill Gallagher of Hachita, New Mexico, is an observational and research study of Environmental Modification (ENMOD) technologies, and their behavior modifying characteristics which have been foisted on the populace of the world in the last two decades.
