I hope these pictures will tell the story as much as possible- do we always have to read?

Balsall Heath is a run down area of Birmingham (as well as many other areas). When will the city council stop spending so much on Broad street and the centre and put money where it really matters- to its citizens and the surrounding areas they live in?
