Roger Cottrell's novella, War Child, set in 2048 Baghdad is now well on the way to becoming a completed graphic novel, and the pilot film is to be shown at the TIC, Birmingham between October 26th and 29th.

Roger Cottrell's novella, WAR CHILD, set in the Corporate controlled Baghdad of 2048 and featuring a computer hacker, brainwashed into becoming an assassin, is now well on the way to being a completed graphic novel and you can check out the first 15 frames on the following link:

This complements our growing canon of tough crime novels mostly set in Birmingham and often involving anti-racist and other themes. But WAR CHILD also exists as a pilot film for a part animated feature and will be shown at the TIC in Birmingham between 26th and 29th October.

WAR CHILD is partly based on Scizohacker, the demo film by Indymedia veteran Eamonn Crudden and we'll provide you all with a link for that one shortly. (Eamonn directed the documentary, BERLUSCONI'S MOUSETRAP, for Indymedia, which really rocks>)

Basically, we're looking for serious co-producers on this project but we also want feedback from the viewing and reading public. After all, without them there is no point in producing.

The novels can be checked out on the following link:

That's all for now but check us out and keep up the good work on Indymedia!!!!
