BAE Systems Scandal: Email Tony Bliar!

ABAe | 15.12.2006 16:21 | Anti-militarism | Globalisation | Repression | Birmingham

Hello everyone,

I have attempted to formulate an email/letter to send to Tony Bliar which captures the nation's feelings regarding the latest BAE/Saudi scandal which he has now pulled the plug on. I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to reproduce and amend this letter as you see fit, and send it to him. This is a democracy, he needs to know what we think!

He can be contacted here!
 http://www.number10.gov.uk/output/Page821.asp

Look, he is ready and waiting to listen to us!
Look, he is ready and waiting to listen to us!

FAO: Whoever receives this message, can you make damn sure that this message gets through to that lying liar who you work for. I am sure that it is in the "national interest" for him to know exactly what the country thinks of him regarding his latest anal penetration on justice and human rights thinly veiled as 'national security':-

Dear Mr. Bliar (sic),

Words cannot express how sickened I am by your utterly disgraceful actions in forcing the Serious Fraud Office to end their investigation into the allegations of bribery and corruption between BAE systems and the despotic Saudi regime.

Now lets just look at what you said so we can all laugh at it:-

"Carrying on the investigation would harm intelligence and diplomatic co-operation with Saudi Arabia, in turn damaging the UK's national security."

You contemptuous c**t. What stupid f**kers do you take us for? This is clearly a complete and utter lie. You know you are lying, the nation knows you are lying, and you know that the nation knows you are lying.

You expect the 'rule of law' to apply to some but not to others; certainly not if they are rich, powerful, evil, and work for a major multinational company.

Arms manufacturers have been and will continue to be complicit in the supply chain of death, destruction, torture and genocide, and you do not give a flying f**k because duh, 'it's the economy stupid!'

So.. "No weight has been given to commercial interests or to the national economic interest". Really? This would be side splittingly hilarious if it wasn't so damn serious.

Despite the fact that UK companies voiced fears that they stood to lose other lucrative deals should the probe have continued?

And that the Al Yamamah contract with Saudi Arabia is thought to have been worth £40bn to BAE Systems over the past two decades?

And the job losses at BAE systems? Well I bloody well hope there are. The less people designing and manufacturing weapons to blow brown people to smithereens the better.

When are you going to stop rubbing your hands with glee every time you see an 'economic opportunity', and start giving a toss about the effects that your actions have on ordinary people the world over, and not your rich and powerful friends.

Stand up from your desk right now and go and bang your f**king head against the wall you stupid c**t.

With kindest regards,

[your name]

When emailing Tony Bliar..

Remember to select the category "Other" and enter "BAE Systems" in the text field..

Apparently if he gets enough emails on a particular subject his office staff have to report to him on what they say. Well, I would rather they report a sharp and bitter rebuke from the British public rather than something else.

What he really needs is a slap but we can't do that.

Best not to jump straight to the Downing St site from here cos all sites maintain logs that detail the address from which each web surfer has come from before they arrived at the site. The conniving censors could then just block delete all the messages that arrived on the downing st site resulting from a link from indymedia. So just go to ANY site other than indymedia then copy and paste the above Downing st address into your address bar.

Also, I know it's hard but leave out any profanities as there'll certainly be a bot that checks for and dumps any messages containing such. (Probably about 90% of messages there.)

Speaking truth to power is masturbation!

Yes they're corrupt. Yes they're evil. Yes people are going to be angry about what they do. Tony Blair knows all that. But he doesn't give a shit. Why? Because people on 'activist' sites encourage each other to send an email of protest. With enemies like this, he and his friends can continue to wallow in their riches, whilst we continue to slave away just to make ends meet.

Don't speak truth to power. The powerful know what they are. Speak truth to the powerless. Organise for revolution.
