It has been 5 weeks since the 'first Solution' controllers, based [until end of June 2007] at the London Muslim Centre in Whitechapel Road london E1, declared that they were going into liquidation. That was followed by widespread demonstrations o anger, outrage, anguish and frustration by people who have lost money.

It has been 5 weeks since the 'first Solution' controllers, based at the London Muslim Centre in Whitechapel Road london E1, declared that they were going into liquidation. That was followed by widespread demonstrations o anger, outrage, anguish and frustration by people who have lost money. So far, even a few MPs have been on record as speaking during a brie 'debate' held on the matter. Dozens of others have been able to make appearances on platforms that they would not have been able to use had there not been this scandal, this tragedy, this robbery o then peoples’ cash and o their trust. So what have these appearances achieved? The people most certainly have not got their money back. The people who have been robbed are among the most vulnerable in economic terms. Hence this Action Committee which is in existence to make the return o the people’s money happen.

1700 Hrs London
friday 3 August 2007

The UK Bangladeshis' "Action committee to get the people their money back" has been trying to keep the focus on the people who have lost the money.

This is the brie announcement o our immediate actions and information on the activities that this Action Committee is currently taking to get the people their money back

As part o this, the Action Committee are holding several short demonstrations in East London including at the following locations:

1. 'First Solution' address in Brick Lane
2. Altab Ali Park
3. Opposite the 'London Muslim Centre'

These are due to take pace on Sunday, staring at 1200 Hrs [5 August 2007]

Other activities being organised to take place in the weeks that follow will include

4. Class actions in the London High Court
5. Demonstrations outside the Bangladesh High Commission
6. Non-stop vigils outside paces that are known to have been involved in the taking, the theft, the misappropriation of the money.

The sole aim o these actions is to get the people their money back

This programme is in demonstrable contrast with the tendency to divert attention away from the people who have lost the money.

The Action is NOT relying on the bureaucratising, careeristic, partisan and diversionary tactics o going into liquidation. Why? Because the money was not 'invested' into a company. The money was not put in as payments or any shares. The money was placed in the hands o personnel who took the money on trust. So there is a contract. ad There is trust. Not company law.

7. The Action committee is open to contacts with any credible party who can credibly and lawfully reliably convey any information about a date and method o the people getting their money back
8. The Action committee will suspend the present actions i at any time in the VERY NEAR future it is credibly made known to us that those who too the money are returning the money to the people concerned. We want the return o the money to the people to begin without any further delay. We want to see that it has started gt happen. I that happens, then there is no need or this action committee with this brie.

8. We are expecting a communication with A recommended reliable third party during this evening and Saturday. i this communication produces the requisite result then we shall suspend one or more o the announced actions or the time being.
