Carter: Zionist shill

Anti Zionist | 14.04.2008 19:23 | Analysis | Palestine | Terror War | Birmingham

Jimmy Carter proved today that he had been bought by the Zionist lobby when he described attacks on the Zionist city of Sderot as "despicable" and "criminal".

"I'm obviously distressed to see this happen… I think it's a despicable crime for any deliberate effort to be made to kill innocent civilians. My hope is that there will be a ceasefire soon that will stop all this,"

For him not to describe the Israelis as criminals for their acts of genocide is what is despicable. They have cut off the fuel for all of Gaza, but Carter doesn't care. He's more concerned about the Zionists.

So much for an "honest broker"! No peace for Carter or Sderot - until the Zionists are crushed and victory is permanent!

Is this in the ethos of the movement

14.04.2008 22:27

Is it in the ethos of the movement to support deadly rocket attacks on civilians and condemn anyone who disagrees as having been bought by a National cause?

Onlyme

that was exactly

15.04.2008 11:21

what I was thinking.

Yes, Israeli policy towards the Palestinians = inhumane and disgusting. But I was brought up to believe that two wrongs don't make a right, and the death of one civilian, Israeli or Palestinian, is the death of one civilian too many. Just because one condemns Israeli war crimes certianly means that one has to support the war crimes of Hamas et al, just like during the Northern Ireland Troubles, one could still condemn the UK government for it's maltreatment of the people in Northern Ireland without stooping to supporting the actions of the IRA.

against civilian murders no matter who the perpetrator is

Erratum

"Just because one condemns Israeli war crimes certianly means that one has to support the war crimes of Hamas"

should read

"Just because one condemns Israeli war crimes certianly DOES NOT MEAN that one has to support the war crimes of Hamas".

against civilian murders no matter who the prepretator is

I was brought up to believe that.....

if some evil bullying bastard persistantly hits you and makes your life hell , then smack him in the mouth.

If he is too big hit him over the bleedin head with anything that comes to hand.

Welcome to the real world where sometimes one has to choose the nasty option.

Israel is taking the piss , as were the British in Ireland , as are the yanks where ever a dollar is to be made.

I will side with the bullied everytime.

Cheap Trick, Shill

15.04.2008 19:56

Appears the Zionists are attempting to demonize Carter among those who rightly support him and his drive to end Zionism's war to wipe Palestine off the map.

Ignore

We are talking about...

15.04.2008 20:12

the murder of civilans here. Civilans who weren't in the planes dropping the bombs on Palestinan villages, nor were they at checkpoints preventing vital supplies going in and turning Gaza into a prison camp, nor were they personally responsible for war crimes committed in their name by Olmert and co.

So why do THEY have to suffer as a result, eh???

against civilan murders no matter who the perpertator is

Get off of your comfortable fence

16.04.2008 11:41

And have a go at the ones controlling/dictating the situation. i.e the bully.

Instead of saying lets play nicely children, smack him in the gob.

the playground analogy is pretty apt for you

16.04.2008 13:37

considering your worldview seems to have not evolved much beyond the politics of the playground.

I for one refuse to acknowlege how murdering people who had nothing to do with the occupation, including women and children, does anything for the Palestinian cause, and rather than dealing a major blow to the Israeli war machine, it is a pretty cowardly cheap shot against people who cannot defend themselves.

against civilan murders no matter who the perpetrator is

But it is something to do with every single one of them

16.04.2008 16:56

Its their government, their taxes, their sons and daughters whom they allow to be used by the military and it is they who occupy the " settlements".

Apparrantly its a "democracy". Look up the meaning of the word.

And lastly, who is controlling the situation. who has the power to stop the feud as and when they wish.

The bully.

And by the way

16.04.2008 17:07

It is they who are using the politics of playgruond.

Might is right.

What would you do... probably take it and take it and take it.

Resistence would probably never occur to you... but you would die with a clear conscience for what its worth.

Yes, Israel should get the fuck out of Palestine...

16.04.2008 18:03

...that, I admit, is pretty much a prequsite for any long-term stopping of rocket attacks and suicide bombings against Israeli civilans, as well as any chance of the Palestinians improving their living standards.

Having said that though, I still refuse to condone or support actions by EITHER side which results in yet more needless bloodshed. Now, we are back to the beginning.

As for the "it's their government and their taxes", using that logic one could easily say that the 52 people who died in London on 7/7 deserved their fate because their taxes funded the UK goverment and their imperialist policys regarding Iraq and Afghanistan. Try saying that in certain public places and see how long you last...

STILL against murders of civilians no matter who the perprators are!

No we are not

16.04.2008 23:27

You have admitted the cause of the problem.

As for "deserves to die". Look at my arguments and you will see logic and nowhere immotive.
