The accused told the JP that a passerby had also filmed the incident on a mobile. this was proved by CCTV footage shown to the court which clearly showed the photographer on the tape photographing The defendant said police had demanded the person's mobile and deleted the pictures. When asked in court, the officer confirmed that this was the case, the reason being to stop police being on u2b (YouTube)
