Constant Moussavou & Jean-Baptiste Bassime, still in the UK

Caren Ondimu and family, here to stay

Constant Moussavou & Jean-Baptiste Bassime, still in the UK

Constant Moussavou
"Constant was put on an Air France flight to Brazzaville via Paris on Monday morning but he was refused transit at Paris and "bounced" back to Heathrow later that night and he is now in Campsfield Detention Centre.

"I suspect that it is now vitally important that he gets good legal advice and support!"

Yours sincerely,
Peter Yates for the Campaign

Jean-Baptiste Foukong Bassime
"Just spoken with Jean Baptiste (00:06) and he is on his way back from the airport to detention centre - he refused to fly. However he has been told to expect a new removal date for next week. So the fight against removal continues.

"Now got to keep fighting against further removal plans. Jean Baptiste is appreciative to everyone who emailed and faxed to support him."

Regards.

Caren Ondimu and family, here to stay
"I have some wonderful news about Caren Ondimu and family. They are the family I came to No Borders/NCADC about this time last year. They were scheduled to be removed from the UK in May 2008 (E-mail Fri, 16 May 2008). A year on and life couldn't be more different. They get to stay! After a year of fighting in the courts, the determination came on Wednesday and they've got refugee status.

"Please forward the good news and great thanks to everyone at Leeds No Borders/NCADC and to everyone who supported the campaign. "

I hope you are well. We need news like this more often.

Best wishes to all,
Elaine
