THE PLAN

STEP 1. get to the meeting space for 1pm (with a blanket or sleeping bag, this is important to the flash mob)

here you will be given instructions and props

STEP 2. make your way to the NEC, walk around, get a coffee, and wake your way to inside the front entrance for 2pm

STEP 3. FLASH MOB (the starting signal will be explained at the meeting space)

STEP 4. leave

WHY WE ARE DOING THIS

The point of this Flash mob is a fun way to state a very simple point

'don't breed or buy whilst shelter dogs die'

150 dogs are killed in the UK every week because they have no homes to go to. arguably the main cause of this is the idea that somehow pure-bred dogs are somehow superior to others.

If the people realised that all dogs are equal no-matter what they look like, people would be more inclined to rescue instead of breeding or buying

INFO FOR KENNEL CLUB & CRUFTS ORGANISERS

the stunt will last for under 5 minutes

the will be little to no nose and will not have any reason to alarm and dogs or their owners.

If pulled off properly this could be very well publicised, as half or the UK's press will be at crufts anyway.

ill be there to support you

Good luck

While your morals may be correct your reasons are wrong, 'shelter' dogs exist due to families changing circumstances, people's ignorance on owning a dog and people's mentality bred by a 'throw away society'

you could all better make use of your time by reading up on dog ownership and educating the ignorant if well meaning, masses.

Are non flashmob individuals allowed to gaffa tape flashmob 'protesters' into their sleeping bags?

This would be Much More Better if you trained shelter dogs to perform a proper Flash Mob dance routine. I feel it would be a nice day out for them and they would get to see dogs in cages instead of being in one.
