At 18.00 on Friday 10th December musicians staged a 'Guerrilla Orchestra' in Birmingham city centre in protest of cuts to higher education, the Arts Council, and local councils..

if you are poor you cant study music or art, This privilege disappeared in the 80's . I have seen so many talented people. they live on the margins, they wait for the crumbs to fall from the rich peoples tables. The people that can study are generally the wealthy , an international middle class, and the administrators who got political preferment get employment from it. Tell me I am wrong.
