Over the course of this May's Taking Control Gathering, people from across the West Midlands met, swapped ideas and advice, and created links that they will hopefully put to good use in the future.

Taking Control was an important step, but more can be done to facilitate united action for social change across the region. We plan to keep the Taking Control wordpress and email active for these purposes:

Provide contact details for groups and networks - if you want to enable people to get in touch with you, please send us your contact details and some information about what you do.

List events - publicizing an event that could have a regional audience? Let us know.

Taking Control is organised by a group of individuals primarily seeking a more unified West Midlands community of people pursuing democratic and liberating social change.
