We have seen the sparks around the UK taking militant action to defend their pay and conditions, with the major construction companies seeking to implement 33% pay cuts by withdrawing from the JIB agreements.
So far nothing has happened in Birmingham. Construction workers, come to this meeting and help build a local rank and file movement to defend our pay and conditions.
If JIB goes, other trade rates will fall as well.
