The private social services company of the Netherlands, where the children were taken, kept the children. This is against the international convention of the Hague. The children are kept for money paid by the government and recouped from the parent. This happens on a grand scale in the Netherlands and they take children from all over the world. The BJZ, the biggest company there is tied in with pedophile rings and children regularly dissapear from so called care. This company also rents children out for slavelabour in factories and remote farms.
