SHEFFIELD - DERBYSHIRE - GLENEAGLES: SHUT DOWN THE G8

This July the G8—the heads of state of the most powerful countries on the planet—will be attempting to meet in Gleneagles, Scotland. They hope to plan a future for their system of war, poverty, environmental destruction and brutality. We don’t have to wait until July to start to build a mass movement to shut them down. Closer to home, in the run-up to Gleneagles, the finance ministers will meet in Sheffield and the environment ministers will meet in Derbyshire. We intend to be there.
