UK Supermarkets Dump Neurotoxic Aspartame; Japanese Manufacturer Ajinomoto Sues!

Stephen Fox | 16.05.2008 15:23 | Bio-technology | Education | Health

Can this company truly be so abysmally stupid, uncomprehending of the legal processes, and unaware of the public furor over their ghastly chemical products? World's largest manufacturer of carcinogens, Aspartame & MSG, must accept responsibility for perpetuating decades-long spike in Neurodegenerative Illnesses: Tumors, MS, ALS, Migraines, Seizures, all thoroughly documented by USA FDA

This message is of grave importance to all concerned with health, food additives, and protecting themselves and their families; it revolves around a great article by UK physician Dr. John Briffa, and concerns the toxic properties and medical effects of aspartame, the commonly used artificial sweetener made in China, USA, and in Japan.

Aspartame metabolizes as methanol and formaldehyde, and yet is found in thousands of diet products and drinks and sugarless gum etc., all over the world. It must be taken off the market at once, as was requested by UK Parliament Member Roger Williams in 2005 when 47 members of Parliament signed his Early Day Motion.

Aspartame manufacturers should be sued in national and international courts for damages, in suits comparable to those in the USA against Cigarette Manufacturers that resulted in judgments of $235 Billion.

Like the Tobacco companies, the Aspartame manufacturers will tell you that their product is safe, harmless, has been tested many times, blah blah blah. They are lying, and we can prove it in court. If you have any questions, please let me know. Let's hope ASDA and its deep-pocketed US owner, Wal-Mart, don't cave into the blustering ill-considered lawsuit from Ajinomoto, because in the counter suit, if the UK Government might join in as Amicus Curie, or Friend of the Court, or better yet, start their own suit, Ajinomoto could and should be wiped off the face of the earth.

Curious, this company's main objection was that ASDA told its customers that it had gotten rid of some "nasty" chemicals, yet me and my activist physician colleagues in the USA have called them genocidal and stated that their product involves the most serious breaches of public trust in the history of the United States, and Ajinomoto hardly seems aware of the charges leveled against it in the world press....

Please share this with your friends, colleagues, and family. You are welcome to repost this anywhere and everywhere. This story shows a way, in due course, for the world to get rid of aspartame once and for all.... a major tactical blunder on the part of the largest manufacturer of this poison.

This Japanese corporation ought to get some kind of award for Stupidity,
Corporate Hubris, and Idiotic Product Pride!

I look forward to your reply, particularly if you might like to help get at least a Resolution passed in your nation's parliament, asking the FDA Commissioner to rescind the FDA approval for Aspartame, this deadly neurotoxic and carcinogenic artificial sweetener. Further, each Nation's Minster of Justice could participate in suits like the Tobacco suits in the 1990's against the Aspartame Manufacturers.

To see our latest and finest work thus far, please visit the Hawaii Legislature Website, go to Bills and Documents, and then read Senate Concurrent Resolution 191. This is an important document, because it completely sidesteps the corporate legal theories of states not having the legal power to challenge FDA approved products, as being federally preempted.

This is one URL for the Hawaii Resolution:
 http://www.prlog.org/10056715-hawaii-senate-aspartame-resolution-requesting-fda-to-rescind-approval-for-united-states-markets.html

The numerous "Whereases" in the Resolution are a complete, brief, and shocking history of the total regulatory failures implicit in the approval of Aspartame in 1981, which was really a regulatory coup by Donald Rumsfeld, as CEO of G.D. Searle, the patent holder at the time.

For more info on this, google and read: RUMSFELD'S BIOWEAPON LEGACY.

This Senate Resolution was stymied by corporate lobbyists and a few corporate controlled Hawaii Senators, sad to say, but the language can be adapted quite easily for any other nation.

Thank You.
