Save Newsham Park addendum

The first audio file is a conversation between my father, my brother and myself. My father can be heard giving his approval of my moving here. "...why don't you just change your address, and leave it at that?" Many of my family are against me living here, but I have my father's consent. I don't think I need anything else. Michael wishes to sell the property to realise his inheritance, despite the fact that Dad wants the house to be kept in the family. A phrase bandied about a lot in this campaign is "People Before Profits." This is a perfect example.

The second audio file is of my brother's first assault upon me. He seems to find it quite amusing to be slapping me about. He claims that I had locked him out of the house. I had not. He claimed that his anger was due to the fact that I had messed with his equipment. A ladder fell on his Behringer desk while I was changing a light bulb in the room where he stored his equipment. He claims I smashed it to bits in a cocaine frenzy. As can be seen by the image, the damage is consistent with a single blow. Two of the controls were also missing, though I could only find one when I looked around. I suspect that damage had already been done to the desk, before my accident.
I replaced the desk at considerable cost with a brand new, identical item within two days. I was unable to test the desk, so was unaware that the cables had been damaged. Michael was upset and assaulted me because I nearly cost him money. we had discussed the fact that I had replaced the desk a day earlier, so this display of aggression was totally unwarranted.

The first email is a copy of what I sent to Michae'ls wife after this altercation. I received no response.

The second is a copy of another email, stating in stronger terms that I wished to be repaid for moey owed to me.

Michael describes these as "viscous" (sic). I wonder does anyone else agree with his description.

The next audio file is of Michael's assault on me in the presence of my five year old daughter. Before this day my daughter had never experienced any form of hate, anger or violence. I have never raised my hand to my daughter and have an excellent relationship with her. As can be heard, my daughter is in a state of absolute terror as Michael assaults me. The reference, "I promise you Paul, I will never contact you again" is a direct quote from an email Michael sent to me.

Michael claims the damage to the garden here to be superficial. It is wanton and done out of hate and anger, and with no purpose other than to annoy me. When I span the wheels here in the presence of Ahmed and Michael, it was done to show how stupid and facile such an action was. I made sure I passed them both before revving. I maintain the garden, so any damage I do will be sorted out by me. Michael contributes nothing here by way of maintenance or financial support.
