Camden Oh! Bar closed following "homophobic Saturday's" and drugs found.

A gay rights activist has said "I think you'll find that some people need to wake up to the fact that the people who run things are gay."

Withnail and I was set in Camden and partly filmed at the Black Cap, a gay bar in Camden.

shame though as some of the nights were all right. the saturday nights were horrible. no-one should get away with playing music like that in ths day and age...shame on the people who danced and sang along to it. i'm glad it's shut...it wasn't a nice place to walk past..people were always out there fighting.

Every week there were punch ups. The people fighting were the same ones every week and they never got barred. Men were going in there and starting fights with women.

People started going down there and putting the windows in and wrecking the place as they didn't like what was going on in there. Women were assaulted nastily both inside and just outside the club.

There was lots of trouble all the time and reviews on pub /club websites say that there were regular stabbings, robbings and worse every week.

People are said to have pooed behind the club.

This place used to be good until a certain crowd wrecked it. The management were stupid. There were fights every single week. The security would delibeartely spill people's drinks to start fights. Women were thrown out and barred for refusing to dance wioth the doormen. People fought outside. People fought inside. Men were going in and starting fights with women. Women were violently and sexually attacked both inside and justy outside the club by nonces.
According to a report the mangeamnt were pretending to buy it and then squandered all of the money. Following the behaiviour of the staff and idiots that drank there people started going down there and putting the windows in and smashing the place up.
People were robbed, people were stabbed and glassed. The place became an overpriced pit. Gangs were turning up and scrapping it out. The place could have kept going abit longer if it wan't for the indiscretions - of men who hang around outside Camden Tube Station and who ruined everything.

Stupid stupid people.....

Sonny is a twat. Unprofessional with stupid friends. The Laurel and Hardy duo that ran the club were bad enough but this guy is the reason this place shut. What's with all the nodding Sonny?

This place was fucked up by the stupid management and the crack addicted bunch of drug dealers and bag snatchers that hang around on Camden High Street opposite the tube. The management were stupid enough to give these nefarious people all of the club's money.

People started to hate all of them and started putting the windows in....there were fights every Saturday and nonces attacked women inside and outside the club. People were robbed and stabbed. Men were fighting with women.

The place became a complete pit.

The management have put posters up saying "Don't believe the press. The problems were nothing to do with our staff or customers" from James and Alberic.

Yeah right. Guys...you fucked it up.

I agree that we all shud hav a tolerance for each others way of life beliefs and sexuality, but that doesnt mean we have to accept it and support it, As a hetrosexual womban on a nyte out wid friends why am I going to take my self to a gay bar????? were we are not made feel welcome.....feel uncomfortable......and cannot relate to the clubs customers,
Sexual assult robbery and harrasment is not acceptable but it seems that this is just part of the problem, we are being asked to be tolerant and accepting of the views and rights of the Gay community which is understandable but hetrosexual people/ artists who dont accept that lifestyle shud not be victimised either, we are supposed to hav freedom of thot n speech, but we are being gagged Yes in an ideal world we shud be able to go were ever we choose on a night out, but if yuh know is a Bashment club nyte dat play roots/ Culture / reggae ect why go, We all hav choices in life mek the right one for you, not the one thats gonna bring you disappointment, So many people are quick to judge the lyrical content of some of the reggae tunes with out any Overstanding of their meaning especially wen it comes to phrases like Fiyah pon dem.......this is not talking about setting any one on fire but an objection to an indiviual.....Faith ....Lifestyle...livity of others who have a Strong belief in the Most High and try and live their life according to the teachings of the Bible............This is not an Ideal world.....there is no right and wrong.....because we all have and are entitled to our own beliefs troditions and way of life so if my way of life is not for you......WHY YOU WANNA MIX UP IN IT????? because if your way is not for me you wont see me in sight...........Its all about the choices of individuals ........... If you are not a muslim or can speak Arabic why go to the Mosque .......If you speak no English and happen to be an Aithiest why tek yourself into an English speaking catholic church..........Its your choice ........mek it ....but let we mek our choices too whether yuh agree or not,
The weights ina the scales dont balance and all this political correctness has turned we all fool, gagged our true thots n feelings and is a pressure cooker, what goes on in the dark must come out in the light..........
Tolerance and acceptance is two different things.........We are all capable of tolerating things people lifestyles cultures colour class n faith that doesnt mean we have to accept what for some goes against the natural order............ That doesnt mean we want any one hurt killed beaten assulted or robbed ...but that we too want our views taken into consideration and raspected like every one elses
Any business who has had customers assulted have the Police attend who submit a report to the council if they believe there is s problem..........why did the Local community.....Council.....Police let it get this far..............as I said we all have and are entitled to we own thots and opinions............Ulterior motives may be ?????? ...................But the statistics of Clubs that play Reggae Culture Bashment seem to be getting closed down all over by the Local councils are very high.......................Just a thought.............some may agree..... disagree ......be upset.... feel enlightened............This is my thoughts my views and if their wrong for you that ok....if they right for you thats ok too, but just like you I am Entitled to my opinion which I CHOOSE to voice....No one is forcing me to ..........Its the CHOICE I have made,
