Regular demonstrations have been held outside the US Embassy since February 2007 - first weekly and now monthly on the first Friday of every month until Guantánamo Bay closes down.
There are still over 240 detainees in Guantánamo Bay and conditions have not reported to have improved since Obama took power and claimed to apply the rules of international law to the detainees held there, many who have been there for over seven years, without charge, trial or a real hope of an end in sight, all on the say so of Dubya that they're "bad men".
