His family, friends, political leaders, social leaders, religious leaders, political allies and all others that subscribe this note, ask him please to lock up his legitimate Strike of Hunger that have imposed him heavy sacrifices, because his objectives have all been reached, such as:
1.1 Attainment of spaces in the media to contest the infamies, calumnies and defamations, exerting with this its democratic right to defend himself;
1.2 The disposal of high controllers of the OEA, in Washington - U.S.A., to receive the Commission from Representatives to argue the claim of international comment of the Brazilian electoral process;
1.3 The sovereign decision of the STJ - Superior Court of Justice, for its Special Court, that decided for the legality of the National Convention of 2004 e, therefore, the validity of the previous ones of the PMDB, in which its candidacy has won, recognizing with this, one more victory of his fight.
1.4 Manifestation of solidarity, for National unaminity, of Executive of PMDB in relation to the liars campaign against his honor.
And the marking of an Extraordinary Convention to May the 13th that has as its main point of guideline, the quarrel of the proper candidacy, demanding, with this, its irreplaceable presence to exert the defense of the sovereign decision of the Convention of 2004 and the previous ones, and against that they want to deliver the party in the hands of a government that does not come corresponding to the most legitimate aspirations of Brazilian people.
We appeal so that the friend that today, more than never we consider brave as few in history politics of our Country, changes the trench of fight to face with us, in another way, those that want to keep our people explored and submitted to manipulation, without precedents, in the history of the republic.
Therefore, this appeal so that the friend reestablishes quickly and can lead this arduous fight for the good of the Brazilian people that, we trust, will be victorious.
