Basically seems best thing to do is limit usage & ban high SAR etc if it is also badly effecting birds & bees & other essential wildlife.
I spoke to tech person at EMF fields website who confirms military tests have been done on carbon paint to show it stops emf along with pilkington glass,aluminium foil & silver laced netting. In that case coal is useful to crush up as its 99%carbon &mix with PVA, Iam going to experiment with this as currently a tin of black carbon paint which hints its just coal is 50quid plus!!!!!!,
one good use for coal besides flooding mines for geothermal heating

6 . Don’t use in enclosed spaces (metal enclosure) : The metal enclosure also acts as a cage that traps the radiation and reflects it back onto the user.
7 . Never make calls at low signal strength : This makes your cell to work harder to establish a connection.
