Administrative building of the police attacked with butyric acid

Berlin, 6 of February 2009

A claim we received:

„Attack the police congress! Your security is not ours!

On the 10 and the 11 of February, the police congress takes place in Berlin. Representants of authorities for the security, such like police and forces of intervention, or private security companies like SAP, Siemens and others, gathers there in order to plan the european „architectural security“.

For us and other parts of the population this means a bigger and bigger limitation of our liberties, further surveillance of entire life spheres, all applied through a higher and higher technological level.

If this would not be enough, a few days before leading war strategizers are meeting in Münich and later on, on the beginning of april, the NATO memberstates in Strasbourg und Baden-Baden, in order to decide the spreading of their power interests in an international contest. The follow-up of this will be a growing inner and foreign militarization, as also a further development of the surveillance State.

We refuse to let us control us further, here as everywhere else, therefore we bring our resistance on the streets and to the responsible ones. Therefore on the 6 of February we attacked the administration building of the Berlin's police, located in the Magazinstraße in Friedrichshain, by using butyric acid.

By this action, we want also to remember the many ones who died by the hands of the police during the last years. Just to name a few of them: Oury Jalloh in Dessau, year 2005, Alexandros, december 2008 in Athens, Dennis in Schönflies, new year's eve 2008 and Oscar Grant in Oakland. And surely all the ones who meet the death everyday in the Mediterranean, on their way to Europe.

Nothing forgiven! Nothing forgotten!“

Attack against the CDU offices

Tubingen, 5 of February 2009

Around 1.30am inhabitants heard windows being smashed, afterwards they have seen three persons running away.
Shortly before, marmelades glasses full of black color and stones flew against the five windows of the CDU offices.
The paint covered the facade and the stones demolished the first of a two.set of security glasswindows.

The damages amoun to 5000 euros, the police does not know about the reasons of the attack, since there has not been any claim.

The CDU believes a political reason though, since there has been already three other attacks to thei offices.
In january, color flew against the inner ministerium.
One commando, named after the spanish anarchist „Durruti“, wanted to protest against the aggravation of the law ruling public gatherings.

„Car-Lofts“ attacked with stones and color

Berlin, 1 of February 2009

Unknown authors demolished the windows of a building in Kreuzberg.
After the first investigations, one attack must have happened already in the night to Saturday, with bottles full of color.
Since a political motivation can not be excluded, state security investigates.

note for english-speaking reader: the building is the notorious „car-lofts“, a yuppie project builded in Kreuzberg, victim of several militant attacks since its beginning.

Several buildings spraypainted

Potsdam, 1 of February 2009

Unknown persons spraypainted several buildings in the night to Sunday.
Among others, the office for the research of military history, property of the German army, and the university for applied science have been spraypainted with black and red slogans big more than seven meters, declared a police spokeperson.

The paintings thematized the NATO and the german army, as alos political themes related to the city, such like the restructuring of the city castle.

On the building of the german army one could also read „soldiers are murders“ on the facade, „prussian militarism“ on the university for applied science.
The slogans, which have a similar style, are clearly produced by the left scene, says the police.

CDU offices trashed

Karlsruhe, 30 of January 2009

In the night to Friday the 30 of January, unknown persons undertook an attack against the offices Ingo Wellenreuther (CDU), parliament's member, and against the CDU main offices.

The facade and the shutters of the house located in the Waldstraße have been spaypainted, the maindoor got damaged by the throwing of cobblestones, declared Wellenreuther during an interview.

The latter, who at the moment is in Berlin and could not check the amount of the destruction, is horrorified:“this was a clear attack“, declared with consternation.

The authors left behind slogans like „fight capitalism“, „out of control“ and „no justice, no peace“ on the facade.

State security and criminal office believe left autonomen to be behind the attack.
„Such behavior is not acceptable“, declares the city administration.
„Those extremists believe to resolve the political confrontation by using violence“.
One has to wait if the authors will send a claim, half a year ago the same offices have been already attacked.
A few weeks ago there has been also an attack against the offices of Karl-Wolfgan Jägel, member of the regional parliament.

Note for english-speaking readers: there have been several militant actions ongoing in southern Germany within the last months in order to show resistance against the reform of the law ruling public gatherings.

Among other points, these laws de facto forbid black blocs and any demonstration showing an „aggressive, confrontative mood“ to the outside, as much as forbidding „gatherings were people wear all the same clothes, which will be understood as a uniform and therefore forbidden“.

So like black clothes indeed.

And more and more.

The CDU is the main party sponsoring such laws, which from Bavaria (which approved it a few months ago) are now being discussed in other southern regions, to possibly extend to all Germany.

These information can explain perhaps the arise of militant actions in southern Germany.

Action against DHL: letter boxes painted olive green

Wuppertal, 28 of January 2008

A claim we received:

„in the night from the 27 to the 28 of January we painted all Wuppertal's letter boxes in olive green. Through this, we want to raise attention of DHL's militaristic involvement.

The DHL, 100% property of the German Post World Net, transports post for the german army already since 2002.
Right now, they apply fof the biggest job within the entire history of german transports, since the german army wants to delegate most of his base-logistic in favour of a civilian company.
Concretely, it is about the storage of material property of the german army and the transport of war equipment, troops, ammunition and fuel.

DHL get out from the „warbusiness“!
Stop the 60th anniversary of the NATO in Strasbourg/Baden-Baden!

Antimilitarist postmen/women – Campaign Comprehensive Resistance.“
