My concern over this ARK gala event, is that since this will be Prince William's and Kate Middleton's first public engagement, the event has the potential for global publicity, and possibly without those of us who see what ARK's underlying agenda really is, actually knowing about this global publicity.
It seems it is already getting it.

William and Kate have a date night planned in London. They'll step out next Thursday, June 9, at the Absolute Return For Kids gala dinner benefitting the Foundation For Prince William and Harry.

ARK employed Schillings law firm for a reason, to keep this story quiet.
They did not take this to court for a quite different reason, they can't defend themselves.
