France:
students are still on strike on 17 universities in France. On Saturday
November 29 there is a national meeting to discuss a proposal for an international
day of action.

Germany:
On Saturday November 29 there is a national meeting in germany as
well (Where the proposal for an international day of action - which was made at the European Social Forum in Paris - will be discussed as well). There are strikes in Berlin (all 3 universities are on strike) in the
state of Niedersachsen and Hessen studets are on strike as well. The university
of Halle will join them from december 4 on(a decision of the general
assamblee with 4000 students yesterday) and the university of Hamburg will join the strike at December 9.

Students in Gießen (state of Hessen) occupied the bureau of the christian
democratic party (CDU) on Wednesday November 26. The CDU is the governing party
in the state of Hessen. The police evicted the students after 15 minutes

Students in Berlin occupied the bureau of the state senator for education in
berlin yesterday. Although there is a massive policeforce in front of the
building about 30 students are still in the buildung (for more than 24 hrs
now). About 300 students managed to block the entrance of the building yesterday.

Monday November 24 th about 500 students demonstrated spontaniously through
the innercity.

From decmber 8 untill December 12 there will be a week of action in
Hannover.

Students in the state of Nordrhein Westfalia will organise general
assamblees in the first week of December. Point of discussion are actions in Nordrhein
Westfalia.
