PM adviser: no plans for `eastern fence' in West Bank

Teen dies when army opens fire
A PALESTINIAN teenager was shot dead today when Israeli troops opened fire on stone-throwers in the southern West Bank refugee camp of Al-Arrub, Palestinian medical sources said. Thaer Haroun, 14, was shot dead in the Al-Arrub camp between the towns of Bethlehem and Hebron.
