Software Patents Audio

40 minute 64 kbps MP3 audio of the Software Patents talk given by the Foundation for a Free Information Infrastructure rep, James Heald, yesterday. We are having problems with .ogg file uploads, will get that up soon.

The talk itself is from a fairly traditional "this is why patents are bad for business and innovation" perspective, and it wanders a bit (this was the first time James has given a public talk on the subject) but it does offer a wealth of detail and a highly accurate summary of the Open Source case against software patents.
