Since 2002 a raft of planning laws that facilitate corporate interests have
made their way through our houses of Parliament, which are unembarrassed
by the paucity of legislation for Heritage protection- there being no cash in it.

The government did not get the overall majority it required to secure its
mafia like greed and whilst it shops around for a suitable dance partner
the road is being pushed through. There is actually an environment minister
until June 14th, but he's blithely ignoring the illegality of the contractors.


The day begins with a meeting, since the last meeting the contractors
have back-filled a whole site and filled in the French Gaul burial ground
that is up in Collierstown. * Its vandalism for profit*
Its rackeetering under a democratic aegis, but the will of the Irish people
has spoken, they like the crooks to cream their cash and heritage
it gives an edge of glamour to the otherwise over-weight, male dominated
and stinking excuse for a legislature. There was a film crew today
a few interviews and a double blockade. Great fun, the contractors
lost the key to a truck and caused a three mile tailback on the R125,
so the cops came and tidied it all up. They will be using their
multi-million stupidity to apply for injunctions next. This excerise means
that campaigners are asked not to protest, if they refuse they go to jail
for contempt!

It was used in Rossport. it was used in the Glen O'Downs. it is a failsafe
option for taking out the leaders, who are principled.


Anyway-The corrupt legislature is known for its 'planning problems', generally
they get very old and die or dragged to the witness box and have heart attacks,
the the widows complain and the tribunals go down. it is a known pattern of
corruption, the men involved don't really think about their kids or families
just their greasy pockets and the suitcases full of money that the accounts
hide for them in various off-shores or in the property market.

Unfortunatley for the next generation we have lost a massive part of our history
and are witnessing for ourselves how the mafia works in Ireland, its kind of
a betrayal of everything that we are suppoused to stand for.
