This is what constitutes the states political hostage taking in the UK.

Barbara was kidnapped, by Inspector fox of belgravia police station, for unauthorised demonstration in Parliament Square - where she;

a) is part of Mr Haw's Exempt campaign,
b) has notified the commissioner of police of the metropolis, as additional 'protection from state harassment', and
c) is covered by Mr Haw's notification(without prejudice)/authorisation for parliament square.

Subsequently, Barbara was arrested on 11th April 2008 in parliament square and held INCOMMUNICADO until brought before a corrupt judge, district judge snow of City of Westminster Magistrates' Court (CoWMC) in Horseferry Road. Here he, unbelievably, sentenced her to 2 weeks in prison.

She is due to be released today, all previous applications to the High Court for a Writ of Habeas Corpus have been delayed or denied, contrary to law.
