He is a founder Secretary General of the National Khadi and Village Industries Board's Employees Federation (An apex body of all India state KVIB's Employees Union's)- Ch. B.S. Hooda is the patron of this organization, Naresh Kadyan elected unopposed three times as state President as well, founder chairman of the People for Animals Haryana along with International reputation and credibility in the field of animal rights and their welfare.
Now Naresh Kadyan wants to join Congress after resignation needs support and blessings of Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Shri Rahul Gandhi, Shri Prithviraj Chavan and Ch. B.S. Hooda to contest:

MLA and others, first complainant under RTI Act, 2005. Naresh Kadyan running ambulance and shelter for animals in distress as well, compiled a book in Hindi on animal related laws in India...English version is also ready.
