Statements from BDO:

i) "On September 17th, 2009, John Seil and Luc Hansen have resigned as directors of Anchor Sub Funding and BDO Compagnie Fiduciaire has cancelled the company's registered office. The notice has been filed with the "Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés" on September 18th, 2009.

BDO Compagnie Fiduciaire, its partners and employees have stopped providing any services to Anchor Sub Funding and HLS, directly or indirectly." - BDO Compagnie Fiduciaire

ii) "We understand that BDO Compagnie Fiduciaire, the Luxembourg member of BDO International, has written to you by email to state that BDO Compagnie Fiduciaire has ceased all services to Anchor Sub Funding. For your information we attach the publication in the Official Journal forwarded by BDO Compagnie Fiduciaire which confirms that the directorships at Anchor Sub Funding have been resigned and the company's registered office cancelled. We further understand that the directorships at Anchor Sub Funding have not been taken over by another partner of a BDO member firm and that no BDO firms are now dealing with Anchor Sub Funding.

Now that BDO have dumped HLS in a timely manner, we will focus on the new financial target - Fortress Investment Group LLC.

Remember, the only reason HLS are open is because of a loan they acquired in 2006. For three years we have been investigating this loan, whilst HLS has done all they can to keep the lenders secret. As we revealed in the last action alert just two weeks ago, one of the shell companies/lenders was Anchor Sub Funding who were set up in Luxembourg by BDO for the sole purpose of lending HLS $30 million. The company behind Anchor Sub Funding is the Fortress Investment Group who are a global investment company, with offices in several countries. We are calling on them to cut all ties with Huntingdon Life Sciences and call in the loan with immediate effect.
