The following is all true. There is NOTHING contained in what you
are about to read that meets the legal definition of slander or libel.

We are writing as concerned allies to notify you about the history of the
abusive behavior toward women, drug use and the pimping of the radical
movement by Rob "los Ricos" Thaxton. We are a group of men, women
and others who have had relationships with Rob as friends and/or intimates from 2003 to late last year..

*He prowls forest defnse, animal rights, anarchist book fair and radical
community events to hook up with women

*He uses his status as “political prisoner” to do nothing more than pimp
the movement.

*Rob “los Ricos” Thaxton, regardless of the status of any intimate
relationship that he is in, routinely maintains the practice of keeping
profiles on various online dating sites on which he lists himself as single.

*He has victimized every single woman that he has been intimate with since
his 2006 release from prison.

*He is also an alcoholic and drug addict.

*He uses women and will say and do anything to get what he wants from
women.

*He has been physically abusive with his intimate partners.

*He will steal anything that he can from you to buy white powder drugs.

*He has Hep C and Herpes II and does not inform potential (young women
that he has manipulated) sexual partners of this.

*When he is using, he engages in incredibly risky sexual behavior and
unprotected sex with prostitutes (mainly female from what he has said).

*He carries all of the indicators of a narcissistic sociopath:

Rob had been previously known on a small scale as an anarchist writer and
organizer.He was arrested in June of 1999 in Eugene, OR, at a Reclaim the Streets event which quickly became a police riot. He threw a rock and hit a cop on the shoulder. He was arrested and convicted of rioting and assault with a deadly weapon. Given his prior record - car theft, drug posession and minor theft -he was sentenced under Measure 11 guidelines to 7 years and four months. During his incarceration, he became internationally recognized
as a political prisoner. A support network was established and his prison
writings were published. A good deal of money began to flow in to an
outside bank account that was set up for him. By his second month of
freedom, Rob had blown through thousands of dollars.

We have noticed that in the past year or so, Rob has built up his presence
on the Internet with a couple of websites and other web posts. It is hoped
that this will be viewed as a significant turn around for Rob as, since his
release from prison, he has displayed more shortcomings rather than
positive behavior. We do not wish Rob ill. We, however, feel that any
radical community that does support him be informed of his history of
abusive behavior toward women, his lack of character as well as his
addiction to crack and meth (and all of the risky behavior that comes with
this addiction).

While he was in prison, we organized many a fundraiser for Rob. When he was released, he had nearly $3,000 in his outside bank account. He burned
through this within 2 1/2 months of his release. He did not secure housing,
a vehicle or lap top for himself. These were the three top items listed on
his wish list in advertising fundraisers for him while he was in prison. He
threw all good tidings away.

He has since his release from prison, and from what we know before prison,
used women to feed and house him. A mere 2 1/2 months after his release
from prison in 2006, several women whom he had been involved with at the
same time by sheer happenstance, met and compared stories about their
relationship with Rob. Two of the women had no idea that Rob was sexually
active with the other. The magnitude of his deception was staggering. Rob
has Hepatitis C, probably from the shared use of needles. He also has
Herpes Simplex II. Rob is also a crack and meth addict. He has a history of
not disclosing any of this to women. One of these woman attempted suicide
as a result of the pain and humiliation inflicted by him. These women came
together to write a letter of warning to women in the radical community. He
was in California on a speaking tour which had been set up for him by two
of the women that he had been lying to. When news of the warning went out
to organizations who were hosting him to speak in CA, all of them began to
cancel his appearances. Rob emailed one of these cancellations back to the
women with the subject heading that he wrote. It read “lying asshole
bitches.” You get the picture. And, when Rob is homeless, he is always
roving and hypervigilant to any young woman who he can manipulate into
providing housing for him.

Rob has told of a time about living in Texas and pimping out his then
partner who also worked as an exotic dancer. He will often go to dancer
clubs while high on crack and seek out dancers to have threesomes with.He
often speaks of having an 18 hour crack fueled 3 way as “the best sex I
ever had.” As sad and adolescent as this sounds, we who have been lovers
with Rob since his release have come to the sad conclusion that part of
what drives his need to use and burn through women and to continue to use
white powders is his pathetic need to relive that 18 hour session with two
women or a woman and another man. He will speak of it out of the blue. He
has said as much when wistfully reflecting on those “pimp days." This is
beyond strange.

You will find an article titled "I'm No Angel" written by Rob on the
Internet. He shares some of his early history while living in Houston. He
writes, “My life is full of really shitty moments when I've said and done
things that are absolutely repulsive to me now,” and “Over and over again,
I felt myself drawn to the downward spiral of street life...I spent a lot
of time with junkies, hookers, pimps, hustlers and alcoholics, doing all
sorts of things that people like us do.”When faced with heartrending
decisions and unbearable stress, ...I'd resort to drugs to avoid the
situation for a while.” He has spoken of having to manage his activist life
with his drug life and keeping the two worlds from colliding. “Since none
of my most recent contacts did cocaine or heroin, I usually sought out the
company of hookers ...to get high with.”

One of the women intimately involved with Rob three weeks after his release
drove to Eugene to bring him back to Portland to find that he had been
shooting meth with a hooker (who had warrants out) for 3 days. He tried to
lie about this even as evidence was in plain sight in the form of a blown
out vein on his right arm. Risky behavior. Zero accountability.

We do not offer this info to in any way speak badly of sex workers. What we
do want to stress is that Rob is STILL drawn to the streets when he is high
and has initiated extremely risky sexual behavior. We must also share that
Rob has described many rape fantasies that he enacted with prostitutes
while high. Does this make him a rapist? We have no knowledge of this. It
is just another story that he has spoken of.

For a time, Rob was a member of an AFF chat group called "Daddy Doms and Little Girls." Rob has stated that the age of consent should be lowered to 13. Does this make Rob a pedophile? God, we hope not....

Rob sometimes tells of punching the mother of his daughter. And smashing
her in the head. When asked why he did this, he responded that she had
ripped pages out of a book he was reading. When asked why she did this, he
laughingly replied that he was in the bathroom shooting up and was taking
“waaaay to long to come out.” Which is exactly what the mother of his child
thought he was doing. Hence, her anger. Rob also smashed the huge glass
table to of one of his female supporters whom he had manipulated into
providing him housing.

He will say and do ANYTHING including the promise of marriage to get what
he wants. While in prison, he was “engaged” to two women at the same time.
When he has used up one woman he is in the practice of dumping her when his next victim comes along. He has had profiles up on dating sites since his
release. He has maintained them even when he was/is supposed to be in a
monogamous, committed relationship. These are dating sites that range from
Plenty of Fish criteria to BDSM sites. For the past 4 years alone, he has
had dating profiles up on Plenty of Fish, My life Quick Match Singles,
Seniors Meet , Adult Friend Finder, XXX Cupid, Zoosk, Singles Bee, Sex
Search, X Press, Alternative, Chaterbate, Get It On, True, Untrue, Sex
Search, X Hamster...and on and on. This is not to condemn dating sites. We
feel that Rob uses these site to fish for his next victim.

What is at issue is that Rob has claimed to be in a monogamous
relationship with his current partner (CP) for the last 3 – 4 years. On
every site, except for cheating sites, he claims to be single. He appears
to be most active on Chaturbate, user name lepeafea_86. Other user names on other sites are: sweet6inch, sweetluvin2nite, lepew69, lepew59, sirocco59,
allnite69er. And he advertises the gamut, from long term relationships, one
night stands, or to get together with couples to act out kinky and/or taboo
sexual fantasies. We have seen him lie about his age, lifestyle and income.
He lists his age from anywhere from 42 to 50. He states that he enjoys
golf, tennis and backgammon (hilarious).. He also states that he earns
50-60 thousand a year. Please. Rob is the anti-money anarchist poster boy.
He also rails against owning credit cards. Unless the money and cards are
used for him. Collectively, we have spent a shitload of money on him. He is
too “pure” to handle money. So he let's his girlfriends handle it. And pay
his way.

Again, we do not mean to indict anyone who chooses to use any online dating site, or, who chooses to act out their kink. The point here is, that Rob is deceiving and lying to his partner in claiming to be single. He is also
looking to engage in reckless sexual behavior with people who do not know
his history.

In addition to claiming to be single online, he has also for the past 4
years utterly trashed and character assasinated CP. This mirrors what he
did in 2006, the very actions that caused the first warning to go out. He
has done this in speaking with, writing to or chatting online with the 3
other women that he wanted to have realtionships with. Every year it is the
same lament, “CP is just going to have to accept that I cannot be
monogamous...I'm in a relationship that has no future with a woman who is
22 years younger than me. She is always suspicious and always reads behind my back when I am emailing friends (Gee, we wonder why)...she always doesinsanely stupid shit and then is at a loss as to why I am upset...The onlyreason that I told her that I would marry her is because her family alwaystells her that no one will ever want to marry her...I am so miserable rightnow that I am seriously considering getting arrested (Not difficult as heis ALWAYS in violation of his probation) and going back to jail just to getaway from her...I would leave her but I don't think I can survive on thestreets this winter alone (He has said this for the PAST 4 WINTERS)....I amcertainly not in love with her anymore... (This from last year) ”

Again, prior to his relationship with CP, from late 2006 to 2009, he
trashed the only three people who would take him in: three women who lived
in Portland. One accessed his myspace inbox that he had not logged out of.
He deleted his myspace account some two years ago, but not before the
emails in which he had trashed the 4 women (A, B, C, D) who provided him
with food and shelter were printed out. “A------- is a total head trip.
Went for walk with her, idiot kept running into trees (???) It was totally
her own fault that I stole from her daughter and went on a meth binge...Sex
is trying with her having a belly and pendulous breasts...B------ doesn't
clean. She is a slob (This as he sat on his ass in her home while she went
to work everyday)...C------- can't cook and her cats make the apartment
always smell like pee – but hey! I'm getting laid! Can't complain.....” He
also talks about and describes women in the worst, sexist fashion. Pages of
this shit.

Six years of ridiculing the women who have taken him in, including CP who
has provided EVERYTHING for him. Attached with this is a screen shot of
what he had to say about her on his “Untrue, the page for cheaters and
affairs” page.

One argument that Rob tries to use to exempt himself from accountability
is, “Well, you know how fucked up I am. I mean, that warning went out in
2006. Why are you blaming me for your unhappiness!” He will derail ANY
conversation about the changes that he needs to make in order to be
accepted in our community and blame you for everything. NOTHING is ever his fault. He will blame you for making him so stressed that he needs to go on
a four day crack or meth binge. He will scream that you are too
“demanding,” demanding being, “We need to discuss whether or not this is a
real relationship. Are you going to move in permanently (As he has no idea
how to go about providing one for himself.) Demanding being, “Rob. You left
some really disturbing chat rooms open on the computer. (Rob has stated
that the age of consent should be lowered to 13.) And why do you have
www.crackwhore.com bookmarked on my computer, Rob? And why are you storming out instead of answering my questions?” Demanding being, “We are going into couples counseling and you are going to take parenting classes before we can even being to talk about any future for us and your daughter.” Rob = ZERO accountability. He will simply run away from the situation and get loaded.

Rob spoke a couple of months ago about looking for a partner to help him
run an online store to sell some silk screen work that his partner showed
him how to do. We have no doubt that if his own store is successful he will
more than likely leave CP as the weather grows more mild. (He has stated
during his relationship with CP that he feels “a lot less trapped when the
weather is more mild.” ) Translation, he has one foot out the door. Unless
it is below freezing. We do yet know if he has opened his own store -
highly unlikely as nothing positive in his life happens unless someone else
(i.e., a woman) does it for him – but if he does, we are going to call a
boycott. We will let you know.

Rob has a zine out titled “Eugene: City of Doom.” In this, he as usual
blames everything and everyone but himeslf for the “bad luck” that has
befallen him. This zine is a twisted piece of shit. We have succeeded in
having it removed from a few infoshop sites. This zine is unspeakably
hurtful to us and utter bullshit.

Finally, we were contacted by a relative of a young woman (YW) in her
twenties. This relative is a mental health professional who became
appropriately alarmed when YW shared some of Rob's emails (some 100 from
2008 to November of last year). She asked YW to mail her more of them and
also contacted one of us. Take this for what it's worth: She has reached
(and it didn't take long) the conclusion that Rob is your basic sociopath.
He carries all of the indicators. To preface, Rob can be extremely funny,
sweet, cute and at times can reduce himself to a maleable ball of cuddly
sweetness that will suck you RIGHT IN. He will go on at length about how
amazing you are, he has never met anyone like you, "Those lips, Babe, those
lips! The ones I imagined all of those years in prison! Never kissed
anything like them!" He has used this line with all of us who have been
intimate with him.

This maleability is the issue. His history as a nomad, always "roving,"
(exact word he uses), his charm, self absorption, glib manner, manipulative
and deceitful nature, impulsiveness, lack of behavioral control - so much
more - all the traits of the narcissistic sociopath. He has stolen
hundreds of dollars in cash and belongings from those who have opened
their homes to him. He has caused emotional devastation. He usually has 2
or 3 intimate relationships going, each not knowing about the other. No
empathy. He feels nothing, no guilt, nothing. We honestly feel that he is
incapable of experiencing human emotions on a normal, human level. Here are the traits of a sociopath*. **Rob embodies ALL of these:*

**-impulsive lifestyle
**-irresponsible behavior
**-blaming others for their actions
**-short term relationships
**-juvenile delinquency
**-breaking parole or probation (*CONSTANTLY. He has been to jail three
times since his release)

Yes. He wrote that. Not cute or
funny unless you don't know him. And please let us stress how sketchy this
behavior is in regard to security culture. During harvest season, he and CP
go to work in northern CA. EXTREME security culture. It should be know that
at any time Rob carries meth and crack paraphenalia on him. Worth risking
the security of their fellow workers down there? He is also active with
NEST. Risky.

If, since the first of this year, anything has changed reharding Rob's
sociopathy, we would be happy to hear that. In the meantime, please know
that he is not to be trusted. And, if you know of anyone whom he has been
intimate with, URGE THEM TO GET TESTED.
