During recent years we’ve been witnessing the re-arrangement of the political weight of different centers of influence in the world. The process has definitely got parallels in the 20th century’s political developments. The strengthening of Chinese, Russian and Indian positions is now evolving as a dominant factor in the general political pattern. The trend is quite predictable to continue in the future. Moreover, Islamic world presence is becoming quite a sizable factor on the global arena. Amid this background the USA is naturally interested in opposing new centers of strength to preserve their dominant role in the world.
At the beginning of the 21st century the White House openly focused on forcefully establishing American dominance to preserve unipolar world which emerged after the USSR collapse. Needless to say, in this world the ‘sole superpower left’, that is the USA, was to play the role of irrefutable ‘demiurge’.
