The 1in12 Club was host to Bradfords contribution the June 12th day of solidarity with anarchist prisoner Jeff 'FREE' Luers.
A delicious three course meal was served as a benefit towards Jeff's defence campaign, after which someone gave a brief talk on Jeff's case and read from his most recent prison dispatch. There were displays on the walls giving more background info to his case and illustrated with some of Jeffs artwork etc.
When dinner was finsished the film 'Green With a Vengance' was shown which includes an interview with Free from inside prison.
Anyone who didn't get a chance to see the film should come along to Leeds' monthly radical film showing 'Incitement 2...' on 20th June, 7.30pm at the packhorse on Woodhouse lane, where we will be showing the film again and ex-anarhist prisoner 'Mark Barnsley' will be speaking afterwards.
We will again be collecting donations for Jeff's case.
