Khoodeelaar! Challenges Crossrail-promoters abuse of UK Parliament in breach of the UK's obligations under the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms

Khoodeelaar! today is asking the Speaker of the UK Hosue of Commons to conduct an immediate inquiry into the abuses by the Crossrail plan promoters of the Hosue of Commons Crossrail Bill select committee

Khoodeelaar! is publishing the key evidence on the internet at 1300 Hrs GMT Wednesday 5 July 2006

The KHOODEELAAR! Campaign against CROSSRAIL HOLE BILL plan scheme attacks on the brick lane wand Whitechapel london e1 area has collected evidence showing that the hosue of commons select committee on crossrail bill has been made practically redundant. Opponents of the bill have been systematically prevented from presenting evidence thus making the whole process of 'parliamentary scrutiny of the contents of the bill’ invalid as far as the Crossrail bill is concerted.

The evidence has been collected as part of THE KHOODEELAAR! LEGAL action programme against the secretary of state fro transport mayor of london and the london borough of tower hamlets council, all of which have been abusing their powers and denying the local people the say that the people are supposed to have.

Kay Jordan endorses Muhammad Haque's advocacy against Crossrail

05.07.2006 12:13

I fully endorse Mr Muhammad Haque's comments and I have said so in my letter to the Select committee on Crossrail Bill on Monday this week.

We must have the Hosue of Commons Select Committee behave within the constitution. As different from being a puppet for the Crossrail promoters.

What can be more important than being actually engaged in doing something to uphold some democratic standards in the elected parliament?

above news and action endorsed

I fully endorse the above khoodeelaar action.
It certainly applies to every detail of my own experience before the Select Committee.

I call it an action to say it is so new that it is in itself news.
(some might need it reported on before they can recognise it as a 'news item').

Dear Annetta Pedretti,

Can you tell me when you were before the Select Committe? What dates and the Hansard reference.

Dear Kay Jordan SSBA,

In what ways were the select commitee behaving unconstitutionaly and in what ways are they puppets of crossrail, are there bribes, prostitutes, and 5 star hotels?

Also what does SSBA stand for?

Well I stayed up all night in anticipation and behold nothing. I think I may sue you!!

Were watching you KHOODEELAAR

who is this nameless 'we are watching you..'?

07.07.2006 06:28

The least that 'you' could do is to identify 'your'self!

After all, we are supposed to be engaged in an exchange of ideas and principles about matters that are supposed to make a moral sense.

So, how about coming out of those psy-shells and facing the world as it is, even if you are too shy and unaware about the serious dangers that the Crossrail project poses to so many people in London?

If you were a thinking caring human being with the requisite sense of self respect, you would not have confessed as much as you have done and you would not have betrayed so much of your intellectual bankruptcy!

How could any thinking aware person ‘ask’ the two named opponents of Crossrail as to when they appeared before the ‘select committee’!

Dear Netview,

It seems that you yet another in the the plethora of "khoodeelaar" characters, nontheless I will pretend that your a real person and not a pseudonym.

Why is identity important? I doubt very much that netviewer is your real name, at least I honest about my anonymity.

If crossrail is such a threat then why are we subjected to a barrage of spam, threatening legal action, making grand announcements etc etc and yet nothing happens. khoodeelaar talks at lot, sets up a lot of email accounts, blows a lot of hot air and yet nothing actually happens.

Yes your right I am shy, I'm just waiting for the right person to help me out of my shell?! As for my "intellectual bankruptcy" well stick and stones.

To the substance then:

Kay Jordan SSBA makes serious accusations about a elect commitee, please elaborate.

Annetta Pedretti states "..fully endorse the above khoodeelaar action.
It certainly applies to every detail of my own experience before the Select Committee."

I'm interested to know when she appeared before the select commitee, what was said and her background.

Or is the truth that these people with free and anon email address were just pulled out the air as back up to the growing criticism on both this post and this site in general.

Please feel free to answer the points raised, I fully expect a rambling rant that avoids the point.

Khoodeelaar! campaign effective

12.07.2006 08:38

Thanks Khoodeelaar!

Your campaign is the only one in London that ahs shown over the past years that it is not enough to have an elected council. It is necessary to put the council on notice on behalf of the local community.

That is the minimum that is required to have any level of active democracy at the local level.

The Crossrail plot would never have been allowed to be hatched against the East End if there was an actively accountable and representative local Council.

The Khoodeelaar! Campaign is effective in articulating the arguments against Crossrail. It has been effective at local level. As we can see in the reports published within Tower Hamlets. We can also see the evidence of Khoodeelaar! political leadership in the statements made by the local Member of Parleiemnt. We are now looking forward to the
next phase of the camapgn against Crossrail and for a relatively safe environment in the East End of London.

The void created by the absence of a democratic and accountable local council is filled very well by the campaigning demanding Khoodeelaar! Campaign.

All thinking visitors of the political web sites carrying the news and information about the Khoodeelaar! campaign against Crossrail should join in the examination of the issues raised by Khoodeelaar!
