The Trots will destroy ESF

In the West, whenever an industrial dispute or popular protest erupts, one thing can be counted on – Trotskyist groups will descend to ‘organize’ the struggle. Then, when all is done, the comrades pack up their papers, posters and pamphlets and move on to the next picket line or rally. Disillusioned workers are left behind as groups like Britain’s Socialist Workers Party (SWP), Resistance in Australia and others breeze in on the latest ‘Protest of the Month’.

Expose Blair's Hypocisy on UK Hostage!!!

Blair is lapping up the publicity, on one hand appearing tough on terrorists, and on the other appearing compassionate to the family of British Hostage Ken Bigley.
The truth is very different. The bloodthirsty fools who took the hostages, and killed two so far, have NOT asked for the release of Saddam's evil chemists.
They have asked for the release of large numbers of innocent women still held in Iraqi jails, where brutal treatment and humilitation are heaped upon them.
Rather than admit that the UK government is helping to cover this up, Blair and Bush are prepared to let another innocent man die at the hands of brutal fanatics.
We shouldn't be pleading with Blair to help, we should be kicking his ass. Read more >>

Bush: Mr. Duhhhhhhhh

Michael Moore's masterpiece film about events surrounding the September 11,2001 terrorist attacks exposes President Bush as the mental lightweight that he is. On the morning of September 11, 2001, President Bush just sat on a stool even after he was told of a second commercial aircraft had crashed into the second World Trade Center building. President Bush did nothing for seven long minutes except look at the pictures in the child's book, "The Pet Goat". The dumbfounded expressions on Bush's face mirrored what was going on inside of his head. Not much... Especially considering he is supposed to be the leader of the free world. Read more >>

Liverpool City Council preparing stock transfer of 21,500 council houses to RSLs

RE-POSTED

Liverpool City Council (Lib-Dem controlled) has been softening up tenants for Stock Transfer, already the glossy leaflets have been delivered, firstly those glossy full colour leaflets that went out a few months ago said that an ALMO (Arms Length Management Organisation, which is one step privatisation) isn't possible, they've also said a PFI (Private Finance Initiative) isn't possible either, thus leaving tenants with the fait-accompli Lib-Dem decision of Stock Transfer or nothing. The Sun's apology will cut no ice with Liverpudlians - and with good reason

'It is time to move on' according to the Sun, following widespread criticism
of the paper's interview deal with Everton striker Wayne Rooney. Rooney has
suffered abuse for his deal with the newspaper, infamous for its reporting
of the Hillsborough disaster. The Sun has again apologised for its 'The
Truth' story, made a few short days after the disaster that eventually
claimed 96 lives. Yet the Sun's apology will not cut
much ice with those on Merseyside.

The ground breaking film '4th World War' is showing on Friday night (2nd July) at

bit of a trek, but well worth it if you have the time.

Interview: Cancer Dr.’s treatment suppressed 20yrs

This year some 3,000 children will be diagnosed with brain cancer in America. This is a virtual death sentence for the children if treated with orthodox treatment, radiation therapy. My interview with Dr. Burzynski documents the FDA’s 20 some year suppression of his treatment Antineoplastons. It’s the same old story of the $$greeeeed$$ obsessed pharmaceutical companies controlling American medicine. Read more >>

Make high-earners, not students, pay for our crumbling higher education system.

Parliament will be voting on the Higher Education Bill on the 27th January; if passed it will severely penalise students and put many prospective students off univeristy. There are alternatives which the government is unwilling to listen to. Great Britain is a democracy and we have a voice... let's make ourselves heard. Read more >>

Campaign funds to bush/cheney.

The tribes chairman and his son have given campaign contributions to the bush/cheney 2004 election cycle. As someone who is a native American Indian I find this most embarrassing to state that I am a Cowlitz Indian after learning that the Chairman of the tribe used Our official name when he and his son gave $2,000 each plus the wife on the council also gave $2,000. Parliament debates and votes pre/post Iraq

Sovereignty is in parliament. Its power is expressed by the votes of its members.
These members could, from September 2002 onwards, have vetoed the drive to war, but chose not to. Their votes are arguments remain in the public record. We should not forget them.

Public Whip (Counting votes on your behalf)

Early release of automatic website which parses the online Hansard for the votes made by the local MPs. This strips out the hot air (speeches) and looks straight at the exercise in power: the votes themselves. There are plenty of surprises. We are looking for advice to make this website useful to the wider community before doing the real publicity. Read more >>
