Genetic Field Trials in Britain

Why aren't the steps to the courthouse thronged with concerned people?
Has the rape of our land by Biotech Barons become a non-issue?
There was no public consultation before the unleashing of this potential pollution and ineradicable danger into our countryside. There was no use of what sound science is based upon - the Precautionary Principle.
Whilst Government prevaricated, swayed no doubt by big business concerns, Greenpeace tried every avenue to persuade against allowing the crop to flower (and hence spread its pollen far and wide - perhaps even to organically certified crops - you know, the ones the public are now crying out for and can't get enough of due mainly to a lack of government foresight?)
So they resorted to pulling the crop up and, inevitably, got arrested.
Now they're going through it all over again - no wonder they sound tired.

Better yet, send them some love and support - they're doing the things anyone who resonates to the concept of us just borrowing this planet from our children should be doing...
