Activists in italy have tracked down genova G8 Doctor Death the scum bag prison doctor who brutally ripped out piercings from G8 demonstraters bodies while they were illegally detained in the Bolzaneto torture centre . Activists say they are planning a non violent vigil outside his house, with the aim of embarrasing him and his family. his address and telephone number have been published on IMC Italy
Since July italian activism has been under constant attack from extreme right wing the neo Duce Silvio berlusconi, who’s police thugs have carried out hundreds of raids in which they smashed property and detained many people for next to no reason.
The advent of the war has also distracted activists and orgainising protests marches
has obviously come first for many people. For example environmental newsgroups have been rammed with stories about the war and the environmental issues have had to wait. But in the last few weeks things are starting to get back to normal.
The various activist groups are starting to get their shit together again.
Someone thought it would be a good idea to track down the actual people who carried the violent attacks on unarmed demonstraters who had basically been kidnapped by the police. One of them, Dr. Giacomo Toccafondi, 47 year old director of the Pontedecimo prison hospital was the doctor who visciously ripped out piercings and other similar violence. As being a fully qulaified doctor a so called respected proffessional makes his crimes even more unsavoury.
His address his is if any one wants to drop him a line is :
Dr. Giacomo Toccafondi
Via Ferriera di pontedecimo n° 1
Glad to report that activism is alive and well in Italy, there is talk of hundreds of new squats, in the north, which i can’t confirm right now but there is definately a new a defiant militant stance being taken in response to the heavy police repression of the last few months. Their have also been student protests in napoli, firenze and Udine all over the ten thousand mark and possibly over twenty thousand .
