Anti-Zionism is Anti-Semitism. Yes there are technical differences but when it comes down to it the results are the same.
Anti-Semitism led to hatred, violence and the murder of Jews. Such as is with the Spanish Inquisition and the Nazis. Anti-Zionism led to the massacres of 'Zionists,' in the USSR, suicide bombs and violence against synagogues in Paris + Marseille.
Okay you can be anti-Zionist and not anti-Semitic and you can be Jewish and anti-Zionist however all hatred is bad and there is no excuse for violence. Basically anti-Zionism is hatred for ones political belief unlike anti-Semitism, racism, homophobia and sexism that is hatred for ethnicity, gender etc.
The only difference between anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism is that they are only different forms of hatred. The similarity is that they both lead to violence.

Anyway, it's surely racist to create a state which treats

Hating someone for being a zionist is as bad as hating someone for being a jew.

Zionism is an idea. Jew is something that you were born as. You can discuss ideas and actually convince people that their view is in some way flawed (e.g. a lot of Israelis are convinced that zionism is now a racist ideology).
I don't hate jews,, I don't hate Israelis. However, I hate those people that bring murder and suffering and take away every bit of dignity from people. At the moment that is the Israeli state (with good help from the US and UK), and the cronies that for some reason adher to the view that they have to kill to further their own political goals.
And I don't support suicide bombers, as I don't support F-16 and tanks bombing the palestinian people. But I understand why the suicide bombers come. There is asymmetry in power and means. There is a war going on - if you don't have planes and tanks yourself and you can't win a military victory you sadly opt for suicide bombs.
I haven't seen anyone supporting Hamas killing people. I have seen them supporting Hamas in thier goals, but not tactics. Most people using indymedia are against that sort of violence.

Anti-semitic also means anti-Palestinians.
The biggest bunch of anti-semitics are zioNazis, the murderous butchers massacring for the Palestinian Holocaust. These are the members of the I"D"F, the zioNazi's stormtroopers who are causing horrific genocide in the Aushwitz-style concentration camp Palestinian ghettos.
Most zioNazis are not even semitic. They are mainly Kazhars who have converted or nicked someone else's religion - technically one can only be Jewish by birth.

Of course, the Zionists are using this 'racial' classification to full effect as a doctrine of racial superiority which has nothing to do with Judaism. If you study religion closely, you'd realise that Islam and Judaism are virtually indistinguishable, apart from the rituals. There is no reason why Muslims and Jews should not live harmoniously, as they have done for centuries in the past. It's the political opportunists who have prevented peace and sadly they are in power right now.

Who on Indymedia exactly supports the goals of Hamas. People might support the liberation of the Palestinian people and the creation of an independent, viable Palestinain state, but who exactly supports the neo-fascist agenda of Hamas? Perhaps some of the idiots who post the "Zionazi" carap, but I seriously hope no serious Indymedia user supports a movement which has the "Elders of the Protocols of Zion" a favourite of Adolf Hitler as an integral part of its ideology.
