FLIGHT INTO A TRAP AND THEN A KANGAROO COURT.

IF there was no warrant for the arrest of Claude Gabriel in New Zealand, the police may have arrested him illegally. The swindle they may have pulled was to say they were interested if he was taking his proper medacation.
Thousands of New Zealanders nutters are on, up to 15 tablets a day with little worry about that lot being on the streets, as it saves the government vast sums of money.
THE QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIAN "Media Tart" Premier Peter Beattie has a private government jet on stand by, to fly Claude Gabriel back to Queensland Australia. Telling the New Zealand judge the decision, he should reach. I hope Claude Gabriel finds a lawyer [not a shyster type as New Zealand has a plenty] to take the system on.

Killer's brother says New Zealand best place for treatment
29.04.2002
By MARTIN JOHNSTON health reporter.
The brother of Australian killer Claude Gabriel says he should stay in New Zealand for psychiatric treatment.
"His treatment at the moment will be best kept in New Zealand, not in Queensland," said Robert Gabriel yesterday, after visiting his brother at the Mason Clinic, Auckland's facility for psychiatric offenders. However, Justice Minister Phil Goff said last night that Gabriel should be sent home.
"I believe it would be in the best interest of Claude Gabriel to be sent back to where they have been treating him." Queensland Premier Peter Beattie said the state had sent a police officer to New Zealand to liaise with police about Gabriel's return.
Gabriel, 26, was accused of murdering 17-year-old Janaya Clarke on the Gold Coast in 1998. He became a restricted psychiatric patient when he was deemed mentally unfit to stand trial for the stabbing.
But last November he absconded while on day leave from the John Oxley Hospital. He fled to his parents' home in Victoria, but could not be extradited to Queensland because of a loophole in interstate law that has since been closed. Gabriel travelled to Italy with his mother before coming to New Zealand a week ago.
Police caught him outside a Mangere motel on Thursday night and he was put into South Auckland's secure psychiatric clinic. He was transferred to the Mason Clinic, where he is being held under a compulsory assessment order. He can be held for a maximum of 19 days.
His doctors can apply to a Family Court judge for a compulsory treatment order, under which Health Minister Annette King could authorise his removal to Australia.
The clinic head, Dr Sandy Simpson, would not comment last night on suggestions that a treatment order might be sought this week. Robert Gabriel told the Brisbane Courier-Mail yesterday that his brother's treatment had become a political issue.
"So how can someone get well who needs treatment in a place such as Queensland with all this media hype and what's been going on? “ My brother needs support from his family and by going back to Queensland; he is not going to get it there. "We've lobbied and tried hard to get him to Victoria and the Victorian Minister doesn't want him there, so where the hell is this guy supposed to go? Is he supposed to go to Mars?
"If the Queensland Government had the laws in the first place for him to come to Victoria, none of this would have happened." Mr Beattie said Gabriel was Queensland's problem and he wanted it dealt with there. Mr Goff said Mrs King was expecting a report from the Mason Clinic in a few days.
The role of Gabriel's family had been dubious, he said, first with his parents allegedly helping him to escape, and then his brother is advocating treatment in New Zealand.
OBSERVATION: Is Phill Goff in New Zealand familiar with the word sub Ju+di+ce. The reported comments of Phill Goff and others are designed to push a judge to reach a certain direction/ruling. The courts should decide this case without outside interference. Claude Gabriel will need to avoid judges WHO have been caught out on porno sites during their work day.
JUSTICE OR NOT?
