OFF WITH HER HEAD. UNDER BRITISH LAW, THE QUEEN or royalty CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH MURDER, this is why all members of the security forces and army have to swear an allegience to the Queen, so effectively they are granted immunity under the same umbrella that protects the Queen and royalty from prosecution for murder, if they kill in her name, so they too cannot be tried for murder. So if a soldier serving in the British army shoots dead an unarmed irish civillian, they cannot be charged with murder, as ALL ARMED FORCES ACT IN THE QUEENS NAME, AND WITH THE BLESSING OF THE QUEEN, so when unarmed NEW LODGE CIVILLIAN Peter McBride was shot in the back while walking away from Brit soldiers, these soldiers were charged with murder in a legal court, but were effectively exonerated by the British army who reinstated them after the trial, giving the soldiers back their jobs and salaries, refusing to recognise that the two soldiers were murderers who gunned down an innocent working class young man in the back as he walked away.

the Para who got a life sentence for murdering two teenage kids with the help of some heroic buddies of his in 1990 Belfast - above is a snap of him looking a proper choir-boy for his trial. The car they had so carefully riddled with MG-fire was later mounted on a pedestal in the canteen back at Palace Barracks, Hollywood, with the following witty motif:

"Vauxhall Astra. Built by robots. Driven by joyriders. Stopped by 'A' Company."

Surely the parents of the 'retired' teens were delighted and touched by this rueful display of sensitive, soldierly proto-humour? No 'ard feelings then, eh, M+P?

However, the Queen and her lackey media thought the sentence too 'arsh like, seein' as 'ow 'eed brought 'Irish Terrorists' (TM) to the 'final court of justice' (famous last words of Lord Justice Sir Maurice Gibson) an' all - so he got paroled after 4 years of being treated like a visiting Archbishop, reinstated to his old job shooting civilians in the service of her Majesty, and slapped with a nice promotion to compensate for the trauma suffered by having to endure the charade of 'Brittisch Justice'. Finally, to add insult to injury, his conviction was quashed on a technicality.

Ah Yes and Aye, good old Brittisch Justice .. the guideing principle of which, under this and many another Queen, has been 'that Justice was _not_ done, and was seen to _not_ be done.'
