Mo Mowlam: "Kill them"

joe | 01.04.2003 07:14

The first casualty of war is no longer truth - we have access to too much information for that. The first casualty is our humanity.

"We have no choice but to step up the bombing, even if that means the dreadful level of casualties that will go with it. We will still be hated, but we will also be held in awe. That is now a consequence of any further action we take. Fear and respect is not as good as friendship and understanding but it is better than being despised."

Another fuckin' turncoat!

How dare she have the gall to have stood on the anti-war stage and then come out with this. I've read the Mirror article and she basicly is really trying to sell this as the only option.
Her and Charles Kennedy should be ashamed of themselves.

Now I'm angy

Hypocrit

01.04.2003 11:29

I just can't believe they hypocrisy of the woman, after the articles she's written in The Guardian and the speeches opposing this war and reading the article in the Mirror myself it's if she feels glad about being despised by Arabs.

Personally I think she's lost the plot, she didn't look 'all there' when she spoke at the rally on F15.

It's disgusting

Still missing the point. Our leaders have blood on their hands, and no one in the world will accept anything they do to get out of this hole, whatever they do.

The very first thing that must be happen is that our idiotic, discredited, and criminal leaders resign or get sacked now. They have no right to cling to office and sacrifice our country and our world.

Only with them out of the way and on trial would there be a chance of healing the wounds. Otherwise, it is out of the question.

Crimes against humanity

01.04.2003 13:48

From a political point of view, which doesn't deal in such complexities as ethical behaviour or conscience, she's probably right. :p

This whole war is a crime; it should never have happened. Let every single death, civilian or military, every maimed child, and every single terrorist act that follows be upon their conscience.

The governments that backed this should be standing right along Saddam Hussein waiting for their convictions for crimes against humanity.

Good Allah!!!!!!

What did they do to Mo when they did that operation on her head when Mo had brain tumour?

They must have removed nearly everything from inside the brain-container!!!!!

Mo has certainly lost the plot!!!!!!

But we can't blame it all on her - the lack of NHS funding also contributes to her shifty behaviour.

Instead of funding our NHS we go and pay money we haven't got for the illegal war.
