i was more angry watching the BBC yesterday than probably any other day since the start of the war - now is tyhe most dangerous time our world has faced for many years - an american regime with with selfish and destructive aims is feeling bold and smug, and is supported by many well meaning liberals who think that they can ride this monster to displace other monsters, they have got us just where they want us, its now more important than ever to show that we will resist.

Hmm, and the real story has been completely ignored. Right now a massive armada of spooks, business types and assorted carpet-baggers are on their way to Baghdad to assist with the "reconstruction" (read: asset strip) of the Iraqi economy. Billions of dollars are there to be made, and not only in the oil industry.

The World Bank is gearing itself up for a bonanza . . . thousands of unemployed "consultants" are getting phone calls while you read this. In a month's time, they will be sitting in the Baghdad Sheraton and making $1000 a day. Nice work if you can get it.

The real "looting" isn't being perpetrated by Iraqi civilians, but by the World Bank in conjunction with the US and British military. The media show images of celebrating Iraqis. Will they still be celebrating when they learn the real reasons for Bush's latest adventure?

What is the point the war is now over, and the UN are on their way to Iraq to help rebuilt the country! It seems very pointless having a march against a war that has now finnished.

I agree that it is more important that ever to demonstrate. We should demonstrate even the war is finished. It was wront at the beginnign it is wrong now. Besides this time the demo starts from different point. I can not think anything better to do on a Saturday, that get out there, and shout loudly no more war, blair out, peace and justice!

Demonstrations love em...I wonder what I'd do if I lived in a perfect world, thank god I can do something to change this one.Never let complacentcy spoil a good party... liven it up a bit though get some entertainment we'll bring the crowd value add with a benifit... some thing... all this walking and chanting is giving me sore feet.
