Nuad Phaen Boran or better
known as ‘Thai Massage’

Don’t let you confuse with
the so-called Thai Massaged Parlors. They have nothing in common wit the Origin
Thai Body Massage, Thai Medical Massage or Thai Foot Massage (Reflexology).

Thai Massage is as old as at
least 3-4000 years and is a traditions and heritage like many Kingdoms are in
Europe. There is nothing in common with the beloved Queen Elisabeth from the
United Kingdom and the Nightclub Elisabeth in center of Jakarta or Sydney or
Paris.

So these rules are the same
with THAI MASSAGE or Nuad Phaen Boran.

Thai Massage is misused at
many places just as a front door to enter and then you are in nothing else then
a normal brothel like we have and know in all location like Paris, Berlin,
Rome, Madrid, Rio, New York, and London.

Thai Massage (Traditional) is
to provide relief and to relax from the daily stress, used still in Thailand
more often then the expensive visit to the local medical Doctor. So the next
time when you see ‘Thai Massage’ just doesn’t take it for given. Thai Massage
is culture, Heritage and Tradition of the Thai Society, the Thai peoples and
the Thai Nation and nothing else.

About Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing art.

Its legendary founder was a
doctor who lived in India over 2500 years ago, a contemporary of the Buddha.
His teaching reached Thailand around 2200 years ago, at around the same time as
did Buddhist teachings, and developed into what is now known as Thai Yoga
Massage. It was initially considered a spiritual practise, a meditative
application of loving kindness.

Thai massage is based on a
concept of invisible energy lines (the ten sen) that run throughout the body.
Important energy point's are located along these lines.

Thumb, palm, elbow, knee and
foot pressure, combined with gentle yoga based stretches, are used by the
masseur to stimulate and balance the energy flow and release blockages, leading
to increased vitality and well being.

Thai massage is applied with
the client lying, fully clothed, on a futon on the floor.

Thai Massage: Step-by-Step:

Sawadee kha (Hello)!

Thai massage (nuat phaen
boran) is my favorite spa treatment. I always feel positively energized after
having one. What better place to experience it than in the country this ancient
massage originated?  I had five Thai massages during my visit to Thailand
in June 2001. Follow this link  http://www.nuadphaenboran.sp.st
in the northern mountains. In the following 60+ photos, you will see Massage
therapists to demonstrate a Thai massage. Ms. Kanchana is wearing a
loose-fitting Thai massage outfit called a "choot nourd" that the
Lanna Spa provides for its clients to wear during the massage. I liked it so
much, I bought one to take home.

Here our monthly receipt.
Please look back we will ad each month another Thai specialty.

Yours truly
