PROFILE OF THE TERRORIST AND THE GLOBAL TERRORISM

There Exist specific causes and characteristics in the global terrorism that are perfectly identifiable. Perfil del terrorista y del terrorismo global
Existen unas causas y unas características específicas en el terrorismo global que son perfectamente identificables. No todos los terrorismos, ni todos los terroristas son iguales, y por lo tanto, luchar contra ellos requerirá estrategias y medios distintos. El equiparar un terrorista fundamentalista islámico con un terrorista de ETA o del IRA es una simplificación de un problema, cuya solución requiere inteligencia y lucidez por encima de la media. El terrorista internacional no es un sujeto convencional. Se aprovecha , como todos los terroristas, del factor sorpresa como arma para neutralizar la superioridad numérica, de medios y de tecnología del enemigo, pero tienen importantes peculiaridades que lo hacen diferente.
En un principio se podría decir que más allá de la explicación religiosa, el terrorista global tiene capacidad para matar y disposición para morir matando masiva e indiscriminadamente a gente común, para que ellos sufran las mismas consecuencias que aquellos millones que ellos consideran iguales, que viven en la miseria y la desesperación, y que creen representar. Han encontrado una siniestra simetría. La clave en relación a otros terrorismos locales no está en la capacidad para matar sino en la disposición para morir. Su odio al enemigo es existencial. Aquellos que festejaron la noticia son enemigos existenciales. Odian sin matices. Están poseídos de un celo fanático. Solo buscan causar muerte y desesperación en su enemigo existencial.
Se familiarizan con los lugares y costumbres de sus víctimas, visten las mismas prendas, estudian en las mismas universidades, hablan correctamente sus idiomas, escuchan la misma música y ven las mismas películas y series norteamericanas
No creen en la democracia, son anónimos y viven entre nosotros. No tienen una intención de convivencia, ni de participar en un vida terrenal diferente. No creen que las cosas vayan a cambiar. No viven en territorio fijo. Saben que en un próximo futuro nadie les dará cobijo.
Además de la masacre buscan la imagen. Saben de la importancia del medio de comunicación visual.
Otros terrorismos discriminan y avisan, y no por ello son menos criminales. Estos no. Son radicalmente antioccidentales, ferozmente antinorteamericanos.
No buscan ganancias materiales, ni concesiones territoriales, ni persiguen pactos políticos. Su magma humana se nutre fundamentalmente de los hermanos del Islán, del antisionismo y del gran colectivo de desesperados alineados existencialmente contra los ricos.
Sus células operativas están basadas en clanes tribales y familiares, en las que es muy difícil entrar. El potencial infiltrado tiene que ser musulmán y simular su fundamentalismo. El estar dispuesto a matar no es suficiente, hay que acreditar que se ha matado. Hay que estar dispuesto a sufrir toda clase de calamidades.
Nos encontramos ante algo anómalo y barato. No hay guerra porque no hay territorio sobre el que hacerla, como sucedía en las guerras viejas entre estados. Necesitaban un territorio para justificar una operación de guerra en busca de recuperar la imagen perdida y ya lo tienen. El territorio del terrorismo global es variable, multicéntrico, difuso u disperso, no es solo Afganistán. Esto no es una guerra a la antigua usanza, no existen imágenes, las declaraciones las hace solo una de las partes, no existen árbitros, falta uno de los ejércitos, no existe enemigo visible que diezmar, no existen árbitros reconocidos
El ataque del terrorismo es asimétrico y la defensa no es ante un ataque masivo apoyado por métodos tecnológicos, sino ante un enemigo que actúa con le factor sorpresa, con métodos sencillos pero sintomáticos de una organización inteligente, eficiente e informada, y capaces de conseguir un resultado matemático-geométrico en relación al objetivo. Son capaces de burlar la defensa de alta tecnología de la que se enorgullecían las grandes potencias.
Se benefician de los cárteles y las redes de la droga para moverse y financiarse (Afganistan gran productor de opio lo pasa a toda Europa a través de las mafias turcas y rusas, con las que tienen conexiones las redes terroristas) o depositar sus activos dinerarios en los paraísos fiscales.
No podemos excluir que la fecha elegida de los atentados de New York y Washintong no sea casual y tenga su relación con una prevista represalia de Occidente sobre Afganistán , en vísperas de un invierno con temperaturas mínimas en sus montañas de entre treinta y cuarenta grados bajo cero. Un arma que ya hizo estragos históricos.
Ante todo esto: ¿que podemos hacer?.
Necesariamente deberemos identificar causas y aspectos de este fenómeno, que pudieran ayudar a solucionarlo .Voy a hacer una serie de comentarios al respecto.
1ª.-En primer lugar lo que parece más razonable es hacer un esfuerzo intelectual de comprensión y autocrítica global.
Tradicionalmente los distintos Gobiernos Federales de los Estados Unidos se han presentado ante el mundo y sus propios ciudadanos como los representantes del mejor de los mundos posibles. Ahora contemplan con estupor como su imagen paradigmática se ha demolido. La conciencia y la seguridad del ciudadano medio norteamericano tiembla en estos momentos como tembló con la Gran Depresión en el 1.929.
Si hay un país sobre el que el gran ataque terrorista va a tener un impacto psicológico, ese es los Estados Unido. El tema es importante porque el siglo XXI depende de este país. Tanto su males como sus bienes serán también nuestros. De repente EE.UU. se ha sentido vulnerable y amenazado como nunca desde la crisis de los mísiles en Cuba en 1961, que afortunadamente se desactivo. Estados Unidos desde el comienzo de su historia siempre tuvo más miedo del normal a un ataque exterior. Hasta cierto punto el escudo antimisiles que promueve Bush es la última manifestación de ese miedo ancestral. El temor a Dios, a los extraterrestres, al edificio en llamas, al terremoto, al tornado, al monstruo, al asesino en serie, a las mafias, al comunismo, al fascismo, están presentes en su vidas, en su cultura, en especial en su cinematografía. Por ello Europa tiene que ser muy comprensiva y solidario con un país en el terror psicológico tiene que haberse instalado en el centro de sus vidas.. El ataque ha supuesto un hachazo a la historia y a la mente de este pueblo temeroso de ser atacado por algo, o por alguien. Ningún tipo de represalia les va a devolver la confianza y la seguridad, ni la fe en si mismos. Por mucho tiempo permanecerán instalados en la inseguridad y ello es triste y lamentable desde cualquier punto de vista.
La inmensa ola de solidaridad mundial con las víctimas debe ser activado en el patrimonio emocional de los EE.UU. Por ello, deberían admitir la posibilidad de que cualquier utopía tecnológico-militar es una mala compañía de futuro.
En el activo de los Estados Unidos hay que reconocer que millones de personas y numerosos países los admiran por motivos de peso como puede ser: su exacerbado amor a la libertad, su capacidad para anticipar el futuro, su preparación científica y tecnológica, su acertada visión respecto a la nueva era, su practicidad, su capacidad para ofrecer posibilidades a todos aquellos que quieran trabajar con seriedad en proyectos de interés, el haber conseguido un sistema que no permite que nadie profesionalmente pase a nadie por encima sin motivo, sus aportaciones en el mundo de la cultura, el coraje y heroísmo de sus ciudadanos mostrado en las dos Guerras Mundiales, su grandes dosis de autenticidad patriótica cuando los acontecimientos lo requieren, etc.
También es cierto que Estados Unidos no es responsable del complejo de inferioridad de quienes envidian la riqueza y el potencial de este país, ni del complejo de superioridad de aquellos que detestan la informalidad de sus costumbres, creyéndose superiores por pertenecer a países más ilustres y con más historia. Me estoy refiriendo básicamente a las sistemáticas diatribas que les lanzan, desde siempre, la intelectualidad europea acomodada y megalómana, que limita la cultura a la historia y la literatura, despreciando todo lo demás, y que se vanaglorian de n saber programar un video, no entender un librillo de instrucciones de cualquier electrodoméstico etc.. Es decir, que en definitiva no alcanzan a entender el mundo en el que viven y mucho menos están dispuestos a dar el paso psicológico que está exigiendo la adaptación al proceso global. Su destino: contar por lo dedos y largar sus razones por las tabernas. Y que decir de los enemigos ideológicos históricos como es el caso de comunistas, fascistas o bien los extremismos nacionalistas o de izquierda, que tradicionalmente han considerado a Estados Unidos como el mayor exponente del capitalismo liberal. El antinorteamericanismo no debe ser primario.
La misma autocrítica que deben hacer sus detractores, también la deben hacer los propios norteamericanos y ello no debe interpretarse como una excusa de sus ejecutores sino como una salida a una posible espiral de violencia de repercusiones impredecibles.
Los distintos Gobiernos Federales de Estados Unidos, que representan solo al 25% de la población y que por lo tanto no son los Estados Unidos con sus 250 millones de habitantes y con un índice de participación en procesos electorales de un 50%, le han hecho la guerra a casi todos los pueblos del mundo, en América latina, en el sureste asiático, en el Oriente Próximo..., tiene que dejar a un lado su arrogancia, aumentada recientemente con la llegada de Bush y los republicanos al poder. Sus intenciones hasta estos momentos no ha sido buenas. Así se puede deducir de su rechazo al Tribunal Penal Internacional, cuando Clinton firmara sus estatuto antes de dejar la Casa Blanca, su negativa a la prohibición de minas antipersonales, de pruebas nucleares, su rechazo a firmar el protocolo sobre armas bacteriológicas, su rechazo a la propuesta de Pekín de prohibir las armas en el espacio. Su escudo antimisiles que ha convertido en su proyecto favorito. Nos podemos preguntar: ¿tiene sentido prepararse para hacer frente a un amenaza que no existe realmente y sin embargo, no prevenir una posibilidad cierta como es la del terrorismo internacional?.
No pueden los Estados Unidos alardear con arrogancia de ser el paradigma de la democracia, cuando simultáneamente financia el sostenimiento de regímenes totalitarios en varias zonas del mundo, propician golpes de estado no para instaurar democracias sino regímenes corruptos. La crítica hay que hacerla extensiva a otras potencias mundiales.
Son numerosos los actos de desconsideración que los norteamericanos aplican a los territorios musulmanes. Desde 1991 la política de sanciones a Irak capitaneadas por EE.UU. un bloqueo auténticamente brutal, y los efectos del uranio empobrecido han provocado la muerte de miles y miles de personas, incluidos niños y niñas indefensos. Desde que empezó la sublevación palestina en Septiembre pasado, helicópteros Apache, bombarderos F-16 y fusiles M-16 de procedencia estadounidense han sido responsables de la muerte de numerosos palestinos, algunos de ellos muy carismáticos entre sus gentes, y haber causado miles de heridos
Y que nos pueden decir de la CIA que reclutó en 1986 a miles de radicales islámicos para luchar contra la URRS en Afganistán. Estados Unidos tiene una gran responsabilidad en la creación del fenómeno del terrorismo internacional islámico. Hasta cierto punto los atentados de Nueva York y Washintong son el último legado de la Guerra Fría.

2ª.-Paso del unilateralismo tradicional de Estados Unidos a un multilateralismo conectado con le porvenir.
Las pruebas de solidaridad internacional deben llevar a EE.UU. a regresar al multilateralismo y dejar de actuar como tradicionalmente les gusta a los republicanos: por libre. Uno de los mayores errores que cometerían sería que la nueva situación les llevase a sustraerse del mundo. Sería negar el proceso global al que EE.UU. contribuyó de manera importante y lo que es aún peor se cumplirían uno de los objetivos de los terroristas. El aislacionismo es una actitud que germina desde los orígenes de la nación estadounidense y que deben corregir. EE.UU. debe dejar de sentirse una isla geopolítica y preocuparse de verdad por el mundo exterior. La tragedia debe hacer más fuerte a la sociedad norteamericana y la debe animar a implicarse de manera constructiva en el panorama global.
Todo esto ha de desembocar e una política de cooperación internacional, lo mas multilateral posible. Todo lo demás lo único que puede llevarnos a a la aparición de bloques y a una nueva guerra fría a nivel global, salpicada de terrorismo local y global.
3ª.-Cambio de actitud en la política exterior norteamericana con relación al mundo musulmán.
La primera gran pregunta que hay que contestar es : ¿qué va a pasar con los países amigos de los Estados Unidos, que a pesar de saber que ciertos países apoyan a los terroristas en su territorio, mantienen sustanciales negocios? ¿Van a renunciar a los mismos?.
Hay que acertar con las medidas. Existen unos países que no son ajenos al terrorismo internacional, en el sentido de que han apoyado financiera, logística, a nivel organizativo o bien han dado cobijo a los terroristas. Está claro que hay que mantenernos atentos ante la posibilidad de que en un futuro no muy lejano exista armamento nuclear en poder de gobiernos extremistas de Oriente Próximo. Si esto ocurriese, se desencadenaría en el terrorismo internacional un salto de calidad, drástico, que supondría que no serán ya amenazadas personas o edificios, sino que ciudades enteras servirían de rehenes y el terror y la extorsión se extenderá por el mundo.. Este último atentado comparado con lo que se nos puede venir encima, parece incluso una simple advertencia y nada más.
Quizás en este tema lo más razonable sea hacer un plan de actuación específico para cada caso. Los países musulmanes tienen sus peculiaridades y lo que hace falta es mucha diplomacia, mucha claridad, más sinceridad, moralidad inequívoca y menos agresividad y violencia.
Irak, por ejemplo, es un enemigo perfectamente identificado. No va a colaborar y si puede atacar. Su odio a EE.UU. es visceral. Si abordaje diplomático debe ser desde varios frentes. El papel de la U.E. y de los países árabes puede ser fundamental.
Irán es un país con los que aliados clave de EE.UU. mantienen relaciones diplomáticas (tiene embajadas en Europa, relaciones comerciales normales e “Irán Air” vuela a Europa y Japón diariamente) y en el que invierten cantidades importantes. Al mismo tiempo Irán financia directamente a los terroristas de Hezbola con su presupuesto nacional. El abordaje diplomático debe hacerse desde aquellos países que tienen más relaciones económicas. Irán tiene que dejar de abastecer ideológica y teológicamente a otros países musulmanes, tiene que cesar en su actitud de financiar la formación de jóvenes en el odio de las religiones y pueblos.
Siria es un país de características similares a Irán. La Yihad Islámica tiene su sede en Damasco y todas las armas que llegan a Hezbola por avión, lo hacen pasando por aeropuertos sirios. Procede un tratamiento diplomático similar al de Irán.
Pakistán. Pertenece a un categoría distinta a la de Irán o Siria y por supuesto Irak .El 95% de su población es musulmana, estando muy influenciada por grupos extremistas islámicos, que tienen influencia en las altas esferas del actual gobierno. Tiene armas nucleares. Puede ser un mal enemigo o un amigo no fiable. No financia directamente a los terroristas pero les permite moverse libremente por su territorio y adiestra a terroristas en sus propios campamentos, enviándolos a la frontera a atacar a Cachemira. Su tratamiento diplomático tiene que ser multinacional y sobre todo Norteamericano.
Arabia Saudí. No patrocina directamente a los terroristas pero les permite recaudar fondos entre simpatizantes fundamentalistas de su propio país y otros puntos de la península Arábica. Los países árabes moderados apoyarán incondicionalmente a EE.UU. si media en el problema palestino.
Tampoco se debe olvidar en este aspecto que detrás de todo esto se encuentra el petróleo, el desarrollo sostenible, el nivel de los precios, el desempleo, etc.

4ª.-Urge solucionar cuanto antes la confrontación palestino-israelí.
Otro tema fundamental ha sido el que durante más de 30 años, EE.UU. se ha negado a hacer un auténtico esfuerzo imparcial para encontrar una solución al conflicto Palestino Israelí. Se ha implicado en Oriente Medio de mil maneras, pero jamás ha aceptado la responsabilidad de tratar imparcialmente el problema palestino-israelí.
Habrá que forzar a los israelíes a aceptar el Estado Palestino e imponerles la convivencia. Este conflicto no solo afecta a los palestinos y a los israelíes sino a toda la Humanidad. En estos momentos, y ya desde hace tiempo, es un problema global.
Sin embargo sería equivocado el considerar a la política estadounidense en el Oriente Próximo durante los últimos meses como la única causa del ataque terrorista Las causas son más profundas y solo circunstancialmente están relacionadas con Israel que es solo un posible detonante que se utiliza para unir en un mismo combate a los musulmanes de Asia y los árabes de Oriente Próximo.

5.-La eliminación de la pobreza en el mundo nos llevaría no lo solo a un mundo más justo sino a un mundo más seguro.
La erradicación del hambre y la enfermedad es viable a todas luces desde el punto de vista técnico y económico y se convertiría en una de las ofensivas más eficaces contra el terrorismo global. Sin perjuicio de la adopción de medidas frontales jurídicas, policiales e incluso militares a corto plazo contra objetivos perfectamente definidos e inequívocamente culpables. La pobreza y las condiciones de miseria y desesperación son el caldo de cultivo generador de voluntarios para adherirse a la violencia como forma de vida y como represalia contra la injusticia y por ende a cualquiera de las redes internacionales del terror. Cuando la vida solo ofrece dolor, desesperación, humillación y se ve como desaparece lo que daba sentido a las cosas , se convierte en un infierno que empuja a la muerte o a la venganza.
Con la eliminación de la hambruna en el mundo se saldaría una deuda histórica con muchos países victimas de un intercambio desigual histórico, ayudaría a rearmarse moralmente a la sociedad global, necesitada de recuperar valores, mejoraría la economía a largo plazo, ya que se incrementaría sustancialmente los potenciales consumidores al revitalizarse el mercado global. El abordar con esperanza e ilusión este gran reto daría calidad a los seres humanos y supondría sin lugar a dudas un salto de calidad en la evolución humana que nos enorgullecería a todos.
6ª.-Creación de un Tribunal Penal Internacional.
Hoy más que nunca se vuelve a poner de relieve la necesidad de una justicia internacional con la creación de un Tribunal Penal Internacional, que Estados Unidos ha rechazado, pero que los últimos acontecimientos pueden obligar a reconsiderar su postura. Se impone la necesidad de crear un espacio judicial único global.

7ª.-Todos los países con sociedades democráticas y abiertas deben hacer los esfuerzos necesarios para crear las condiciones adecuadas que provoquen la desaparición de aquellos regímenes políticos autoritarios en el mundo y juzgar a través de un Tribunal penal Internacional, aceptado por todos, a sus responsables políticos, militares y civiles.
Simultáneamente con la eliminación, lo más rápido posible, de la pobreza y con la creación de un Tribunal Penal Internacional, se deberán reemplazar de la manera más pacífica posible cualquier régimen autoritario, despótico y sanguinario, y juzgar a través de una justicia internacional a sus elites corruptas y feroces, e incautarse de todos sus bienes ocultos en paraísos fiscales, bien para devolverlos a sus países de origen o bien para destinarlos a formar parte de un Gran Fondo de Solidaridad Internacional , si su origen es externo, creado con la finalidad de que el proceso global adquiera el mayor rostro humano posible..
8ª.-Eliminación de los paraísos fiscales y levantamiento del secreto bancario
internacional en determinadas situaciones.
Asimismo no se puede hablar de impuestos globales para eliminar la miseria y el hambre en el mundo sí no se eliminan previamente los paraísos fiscales, que impiden el control de los movimiento financieros internacionales del tráfico criminal y del terrorismo global. Nadie en su sano juicio, después de lo ocurrido, se debe oponer a la desaparición de estos sistemas fiscales facilitadores de la corrupción global.
9ª.-Creación de la Agencia Global de Seguridad e Inteligencia.
Si las agencias de seguridad y los servicios de inteligencia de las naciones no garantizan la seguridad nacional, ni la internacional, por muy poderos que sean, es razonable someterlas a una profunda crítica y revisión. El fracaso estrepitoso de los servicios de inteligencia de los Estados-nación y en especial los de EE.UU. (CIA, FBI, NSA-Agencia Nacional de Seguridad) y del resto de su aparato de seguridad, muy preparada para agresiones tecnológicas, pero sin defensa ante ataques terroristas planificados desde organizaciones inteligentes que cuentan con un factor humano muy preparado y agresivo, nos obliga a replantear toda lo referente a Inteligencia y Seguridad en el mundo.
Está claro que mientras invertían en tecnología, los servicios de espionaje olvidaron el factor humano, lo contrario que los terroristas. Llevan años formulando hipótesis especulativas sobre un ataque sobre la nación, pero su trabajo se ha visto dominado por la mentalidad de alta tecnología del Pentágono y por el carácter técnico de la sociedad estadounidense. Cada vez es más necesario combinar la formación técnica con la humanística . El proceso global lo exige.
Parece que lo más razonable es que se cree una Agencia Internacionales de Seguridad e Inteligencia. La movilidad y capacidad de los grupos terroristas se puede abordar mejor desde una Agencia Global que a través de la cooperación de servicios secretos nacionales. La alternativa de intercambiar información entre servicios de inteligencia nacionales que son secretos por definición, es algo difícilmente puede ser operativo y eficaz.


10ª.-Creación de una Policía Internacional, aprovechando las infraestructuras de la Interpol
La coalición internacional deben impulsar la creación de una policía global que asuma la responsabilidad de hacer frente a problemas policíacos relacionados, al menos, con estas en cuatro áreas: tráfico criminal de cualquier tipo, movimientos y depósitos financieros ilegales, aspectos cibernéticos en general y terrorismo (ciberterrorismo, bioterrorismo, quimioterrorismo, terrorismo nuclear o genómico).

11ª.-Un problema global que urge resolver es la presencia de la violencia en los medios de comunicación, como forma de vida , como espectáculo y como artilugio para ausentar a los ciudadanos de los problemas políticos.
La exaltación de diferentes formas de violencia como medio de poder , de ocio y de forma de vida ocupa un relevante lugar en los medios de comunicación sobre todo visuales en las sociedades democráticas, las autoritarias (que deben desaparecer) o aquellas que están en tránsito hacia la democracia.

12.-Mejorar la Seguridad aérea.
Hay que procurar un seguridad aeroportuaria más profesional (policía entrenada si es preciso). No se pueden conceder contratas a las empresas de seguridad que ofrecen los servicios más baratos, como se hace en Estados Unidos.

13.-Hemos de reconocer que el peligro de utilización de armas biológicas existe realmente, por ello en este sentido habrá tomar medidas globales inmediatas.
Se impone la necesidad de que se acepte, por unanimidad, por todos los países y todos los laboratorios de las propuestas más actualizadas para reforzar la Convención sobre Armas Biológicas( a celebrar en Ginebra en corto plazo y que debe revisar y actualizar la realizada en 1972 y a la que asistirán 143 países), con la finalidad de suprimirlas totalmente. Estados Unidos ya no puede adoptar una postura excluyente como lo hizo hace meses .Por otra parte las armas biológicas no solo tienen el peligro de los propios agentes biológicos que contienen, sino que estos pueden mutarse y propagarse consiguiendo efectos exponenciales e indeseados, que pueden poner en peligro a la humanidad. Por ello nos encontramos ante una situación de peligro real que habrá que considerar, asignando fondos para crear stocks mínimos de seguridad suficientes de medicamentos contra agentes biológicos ( virus, bacterias, hongos, protozoos, rikettsias....) componentes de armas biológicas que puedan ser utilizados.

14.-Aceptación y firma inmediata, por parte de todos los países, de un protocolo que proponga una serie de medidas con la finalidad de controlar y evita la utilización de la genómica con el fin de crear nuevas formas de vida agresivas contra el medio natural y humano, y utilizable con fines bélicos.
Mal vamos, si dadas las circunstancias, no evitamos que la revolución genética se pueda poner al servicio de la guerra.
Urge iniciar una gobernabilidad del planeta, aunque en principio de restrinja a aspectos globales primordiales (medio ambiente, terrorismo, justicia, educación dentro de la diversidad, intimidad en el espacio cibernético ...) que cree las condiciones adecuadas para que las personas evolucionemos en nuestro desarrollo humano
La nueva sociedad civil global y las nuevas estructuras de poder global, se han de ofrecer en un futuro próximo un nuevo contrato social capaz de legitimar un nuevo estado de derecho que pueda crear las condiciones idóneas para que se elabore un constitución global y se inicie la gobernabilidad del planeta. El empezar a pensar en todo esto no es un entelequia y sí un imperativo categórico en el sentido kantiano de la expresión para todos los seres humanos.
A quienes consideren que lo anterior es una utopía, simplemente les diría que un niño muere de hambre en el mundo cada dos segundo. ¿Creen que existe verdaderamente la civilización¿, ¿existe realmente el ser humano?

1-PRESENTACION
Aborde de manera ordenada el fenómeno de la globalización
· Intento de aproximación a una Teoría General sobre la globalización.
· ¡Por una globalización que sitúe en su centro el desarrollo humano individual!.
· Necesariamente para entender el concepto de globalización deberemos aislarlo de el su identificación con la mundialización de la economía, uno de sus vectores determinantes pero no el único..
· El fenómeno de la globalización no tiene referencias paradigmáticas anteriores a la última década.
· Definitivamente, hemos de diferenciar el caduco Sistema Social Piramidal, en crisis y responsable de un delirante aislamiento personal egocéntrico que frena el inevitable proceso de individualización, del concepto de “Sociedad Humana” o creación espontánea de un mundo de relación para el que estamos biológicamente preparados.


En este libro se tratan la mayor parte de los temas que fueron analizados los libros, editados en España, hasta la fecha .La mayor parte de los libros que se escriben sobre globalización, son asociaciones binarias entre un tema particular y la globalización, supeditando lo general a lo particular.


¿Que es la globalización?
Fenómeno:

- Definitivamente hemos de diferenciar el caduco Sistema Social Piramidal (código regulador de las relaciones individuales en una sociedad concreta) en crisis y responsable de un delirante aislamiento personal egocéntrico que frena el inevitable proceso de individualización, del concepto de “Sociedad Humana” o creación espontánea de un mundo de relación para el que estamos biológicamente preparados (el individuo-pleno, que de momento solo vive en nosotros mismos como una posibilidad de futuro, no existirá nunca aislado y desde el punto de vista biológico propende a la cooperación) . Los Sistemas Sociales los creamos nosotros mismos para regular la vida en sociedad y no tienen porque ser eternos
